    On April 15th, 2022, I purchased a motorcycle for my husband from **************. I also purchased an extended warranty with the bike. On May 3rd, 2022, I traded that bike to another dealer for a more expensive bike. My husband contacted ************** before the trade took place, and at ****, they called back, and he and I requested the extended warranty to be canceled. I was sent an email on May 13th, 2022, that I would need to fill out a form and send proof of payoff to complete the transaction. The lender did not give us proof of payoff until June 7th, 2022. This information was sent on that date, to which they replied stating it would be taken care of. When I called to inquire about the refund for the warranty, I received an email stating that refunds take 4-6 weeks and that everything was being processed and had been taken care of. After waiting some time, we reached out again only to be told that the dealership that we had traded the bike in had transferred the warranty. Mr. ********* tried to say that the new dealership had done this and I would have to get my refund from them. Well, in contacting the new dealership and spending some time on the phone, I discovered that ************** did not need a payoff for the bike to cancel the warranty per **************** with the company that provided the warranty. She then told me that because Mr. ********* delayed canceling the warranty and did not cancel it before the trade or title was transferred, the warranty stayed with the new owner, which the new dealership had no clue about. **************** informed me that the new owner, who bought the bike from the dealer, would need to cancel the warranty and authorize us to be refunded. We all know that was not going to happen. Due to the negligence on **************'s part I am owed a refund for an extended warranty. It is not the fault of the new dealer or the warranty provider. I have emails and can show call logs regarding this issue.

    Bait and Switch, Poor sales ethics.I inquired about a 2023 KLR650S that was listed at $4999.00. I confirmed with salesman the price and inquired about a model with ABS to which I was told it would be $300 more and they had one in stock. I got a breakdown of dealer fees, freight, assembly, tax, etc. for a total price of around $6500.00 (roughly).I confirmed again via text that the bike was available and took off on a 2 hour plus one way trip to get the bike. The salesman actually walked out and confirmed it was in stock.I arrived at the dealership, looked at the bike, told him I'd take it and was paying cash. The salesman went to the office to get the "finance guy" to get a breakdown of costs and he comes back with a sheet that says the bike will be over $8000.00. The guy that comes out says it's a different model and that the ones without ABS were cheaper so I say fine I'll take the one without ABS at $4999.00. He then storms off with the paper and comes back with another one that said $6800 + MSRP at the top, at which point I just walked.I think the salesman was honestly as shocked as I was. I could not have been more clear and was assured the price I was told on the phone was accurate and no additional fees would be added.I will be reporting this to the BBB and Kawasaki as well. I don't take lightly to wasting 5 hours of my time and hauling a trailer for nothing.

    We apologize for any misunderstanding. There was no intent to bait and switch, we had the base model on sale (because we had too many) and the ABS model was not on sale. We reached out today to see if there was anything that we could do but the customer has already bought another motorcycle. Again, we are sorry for your trouble and apologize for the misunderstanding.
