We are very happy with our new mattress choice because of the sales manager ***** she was very knowledgeable and helpful. With such a professional attitude you cant find in many places. Im glad we visited that location.Review from Daniel N

Refused to give a refund on a defective mattress just so they didnt loose out on the sale. They would only deliver another mattress and save the fee. Do yourself a favor and find a different store to buy a mattress.

This customer purchased a bed-in-a-box from us on 4/3/22 and took it home with them the same day. Bed-in-a-box mattresses are compressed to allow for easy transportation. Once it is taken out of the packaging, the mattress normally take ***** hours to fully decompress and return to its normal shape. The customer called on or around 4/6/22 to let us know the mattress did not regain its shape in one area. They did ask about our refund policy and we explained to them that refunds are not given after delivery. Our policies are printed on our invoice. However, we told them we would of course replace the mattress asap. We also told them that we would take the new mattress out of the packaging at our warehouse a few days before delivery to ensure it expanded and formed correctly. We did this with no issues. The new mattress was delivered on 4/12/22. The customer signed our delivery ticket indicating they accepted the mattress with no issues.
