spent one year here. I relocated **** miles for a ton of false promises. P&Tl provides A mediocre shop at best. As a mechanic I went through 3 bosses along with 3 of us in maintenance being terminated all within a year! but its every body else whos a problem right?? I was always on time, willing to work hard, did 6 days when ever necessary and went above and beyond. When I was let go I was told I'm an amazing mechanic, but my attitude was bad. My attitude was a reflection of the environment the owner created. My attitude was not a issue until he started getting involved every single day. ******* is the most emotional person I've ever met. If he doesn't feel like hes the center of attention then its game over for you. He loves that ******************* on the back. When you get fired they pull everyone aside and try to make you out to be a terrible person. Dont worry everyone you've screwed over we all stay in contact, along with current employees. Id like to personally thank him for firing me. I had a job by 1:30pm the same day. With better pay, benefits and a service truck. If your looking to be a mechanic here keep looking you can do better!!!!
