            They make me feel like since I have canceled my policy with them that they do not want to be friendly towards you. When I called them to ask about a final **** that I got in the mail they said that they cannot help me that I was going to have to pay it and was very rude instead of trying to help me. It appears that the final **** is because I didn't give them a handwriting letter to tell them I was canceling I had called and let them know I was not renewing.

            *************** was asked to provide a written request to cancel his policy as required by our agency, for his protection, as well as for our own. When **************** called to inquire about the invoice I explained to him that when the written notice was not received the policy renewed until it cancelled for non-pay. The invoice he refers to is for coverage from the onset of the policy until it cancelled. I also offered to have the policy cancelled back to its effective date, if he would provide proof of coverage elsewhere. He refused to provide proof he had other coverage. I advised him that I could not help him if he refused to help himself.
