      I ordered replacement breast pump parts and supplies and the amount billed to my insurance company was more than 3x the amount of the actual supplies that were sent. The amounts billed to the insurance company were more than the breast pump itself cost. Will not be using this company in the future

      This is an absolutely horrible company. They engage in deceptive advertising tactics. Their website and email communications made it seem as though pregnancy support items, such as a support belt and compression socks, were covered by insurance said that they had checked and confirmed that. Apparently emails were sent and buried at the very bottom of the email was notice that you would be charged to coinsurance. I never saw such a thing or agreed to it. Now they are demanding that I pay a coinsurance that is more than the item would cost on Amazon. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague.

      I received my first CPAP machine February 2023 and it has been a nightmare ever since dealing with Aeroflow. I have called and emailed them so many times for the same issues. They continuously bill for me for supplies I already paid for. They also said I was noncompliant because ***************** didnt send notes from my office visit and It was a requirement from my insurance company therefore my insurance will not pay. I personally went to ***************** and was told they were not being truthful, the nurse showed me the fax transmittal information. I asked her to resend and provide me a copy of the notes and transmittal and she did. They billed me my insurance company portion and the remaining cost of the machine when I only had about 4 months to go before I owned the machine. I contacted my insurance company and was told they were never billed for the months in question and they did not ask for doctors notes from that visit. I was also informed they are not to bill me the insurance portion it is the ***************** who decides if theres an issue and if so they will deny the claim. After that was settled and I was now finished with my co-payments for the machine they had to come up with another reason I owed and billed me for 2 additional payments when I already satisfied all payments for ownership of the machine. This company is a scam and I now decided to file a formal complaint with the *********************** in my state. I have all the documentation, to include an Itemized invoice I requested from Aeroflow, payments receipts and insurance information. I will also be talking to my doctor about alternatives because he chose this company and I am completely unsatisfied.

      Horrible and dangerous! This company is PLAYING WITH FIRE! Sleep apnea is a serious disease and this company is totally INCOMPETENT. When I wore my cpap machine and had the necessary supplies, my machine indicated that I stop breathing an average of 33x an hour. One night before I was diagnosed my heart stopped beating for 10 seconds because I stopped breathing. Since February they stopped sending supplies WITHOUT warning because they misfiled the evacuations from my doctor which were necessary to be filed with my insurance company. No doctor ******** no warning, no supplies. That's how they roll. I just realized, I am not alone.

      The company is unbelievably incompetent, communication is pathetically slow and dealing with them is incredibly frustrating. Do not go down this rat hole! Sad that ordering CPAP gear should be so simple but their rigid process and rules that make no sense (can't pay full price out of pocket for gear if Aeroflow **** is not on MY insurance in network list) make the ordering process a nightmare!

      awful. They could not keep track of doctors prescriptions, cancelled order twice, they have no streamline process for employees responding to customers, very disorganized, some of the representatives were rude when calling. Just horrible

      Deceptive business practices and repeated consumer fraud. I was specifically told that I was not entitled to products covered 100% by my insurance and provided a coupon code to induce me to purchase covered products at a retail mark up. After spending 45 minutes on a call with my insurance company, where the insurance company provided the Specialist with each individual billing code required to submit the claims on my behalf, I received an email stating that they would not provide the items I am contractually *********** receive because they "didn't know" that I was eligible for receipt of the products and failed to send them timely. I am concerned that this is an intentional abuse perpetrated on new and expectant mothers, and that this company purposely provides misinformation in hopes that the additional burden placed on them pressures them into paying for services out of pocket for the benefit of the company and to the detriment of consumers and their families.

      **************** is the worst. I ordered the ***** through them thinking I wasnt going to be an avid pumper and was going to mostly breastfeed and only pump at work. From the beginning I had to call to follow up on each step. Then little surprise my baby was born at 33 weeks 2 days. That changed things a bit for my pumping needs. I received my pump the same day I ended up giving birth. I called to exchange it and again have had to call everyday to follow up on the next step to keep the process going. They say they are going to respond and they dont. Even management reads from a script and is unhelpful. If your insurance gives you different options dont buy from them go somewhere else!!!

      **************** is garbage. My doctors office has confirmed three times they've sent them all the required prescription forms and they still won't ship my pump so now I'll just have to buy my own. They claim they will do everything on your behalf but in reality they want you to do everything. I've done everything I can do at this point and they are still completely unhelpful.

      I dealt with multiple hidden gotchas with Aeroflow. While my pump arrived on time, two separate incidents caused issues. First, when ordering my pump, I was advertised for classes covered by your insurance. It was not specified that these classes (that often had birthing in the title) were actually considered lactation consultations by my insurance. Meaning I used 3 of my 6 covered consults on birthing classes that were mediocre with most info an easy ****** away. I much rather would have used the coverage for actual in person lactation consults. My lactation consultant confirmed multiple moms ran into this same issue. Second, when it was time to order replacement pump parts, they sent generic parts that were damaged and unusable. **************** told me if you want brand name parts to match your pump, call us. Dont use the website. That was never explained on the site or emails. ******* also promised expedited shipping on the new partsthat was over two weeks ago. Very stressful as my current parts are wearing down and could soon be causing milk production decreases and other issues.
