This company is a huge POS and a scam. I will be telling my hospital and the head of our OB practice to drop them as their preferred (see also: pushed) pump source. They have my pump listed as 100% covered, while others have an associated cost. I chose the "free" one through my insurance and was repeatedly told that it was completely covered. Now I look at BCBS's website and the company is planning on billing me.They also keep trying to get me to order compression socks, a belly/support band, and c-section bandages so that they can charge the insurance company for them. They WAY overcharge for these items (compression socks are not $168 dollars!)Review from Heather H

Awful. **************** is a joke, you cant speak with a live person. You have to leave a voicemail and then wait over a week to even hear back from someone. Did not work with me regarding my insurance issue and made me pay for the whole pump and they took a year to send the bill, I thought it was a scam but no, they say Im responsible!Review from CASSANDRA T

They misrepresented themselves. My sensors were free from other pharmacies They said theirs would be. They shipped me three orders and I ended up payment for 4 and now I get harassing emails asking for more money. They are awful.Review from Munerisha A

I did all the steps they asked. I got confirmation from obgyn and insurance that the socks and belly band was covered. They emailed me and told me I was covered. I ordered them. 0$ for everything including breast pump. Got the socks and belly band. Now here I am a month later being charged 90$ for 2 items. The compression socks and belly band. Thankfully I have not used them. I sent an email to let them know I will be returning them and to also cancel my breast pump because I do not like surprise bills. No one does. If it wasnt covered they shouldnt have let me order the item. Its a scam on pregnant *********** sick behavior.Review from Desiree B

I was approved to order a pump through my insurance. I paid for my pump, & parts kit in full out of my bank account which included an insurance discount on the price. I was never sent the parts kit, & had to request a refund. Fast forward 3 ******* *** am being sent a bill for the same payment that I made when I originally purchased the pump/parts kit. I called to see what the issue is, & why they are attempting to bill me 2 times for my one purchase. They said my insurance never approved the claim, & that they in fact do not accept my insurance. As a courtesy from them to me for the mistake they made on their own they waived the bill. PLEASE BEWARE. I can not imagine if they did this to someone who could not afford it, & refused to waive a bill on a mistake they made! Keep in mind I havent even been able to use this product as I am still pregnant. I can not even confirm if it works, or if the whole thing was a scam on my end. I am so disheartened by this. For five weeks now, I have attempted to get a mask that I got approved of. Every week I go back-and-forth between my doctors office and Aerflow who keeps promising me me theyre going to send me this mask. It has been completely approved. My last correspondence was last week when they said they would overnight it to me and they have not done that. This health issue is really affected me. I am not getting any sleep and my blood pressure is up and Im supposed to be using this for the purpose of my health. Very frustratedReview from Rita T

After waiting for 3 weeks for a CPAP machine from Aeroflow, I received an email stating that my DOCTOR'S prescription and notes would "not work" and did not meet their qualifications and I was not entitled to a CPAP machine. This was despite the fact they had documentation of my previous sleep study and clear documentation of my doctor's notes (after I had already been on CPAP) clearly stating that CPAP was beneficial for me. They still attempted to try to send me a mask WITHOUT a CPAP machine, which is not necessary, if I don't have a machine to use it with. Very disappointing and makes me wonder how they can determine something is not needed despite a doctor's **********Review from Morgan O

I ordered replacement breast pump parts and supplies and the amount billed to my insurance company was more than 3x the amount of the actual supplies that were sent. The amounts billed to the insurance company were more than the breast pump itself cost. Will not be using this company in the futureReview from Ledlie G

This is an absolutely horrible company. They engage in deceptive advertising tactics. Their website and email communications made it seem as though pregnancy support items, such as a support belt and compression socks, were covered by insurance said that they had checked and confirmed that. Apparently emails were sent and buried at the very bottom of the email was notice that you would be charged to coinsurance. I never saw such a thing or agreed to it. Now they are demanding that I pay a coinsurance that is more than the item would cost on Amazon. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague.
