    Even though my Harris groceries comes from *************** store ******** office has been handling my complaints that have been happening over a year but STILL happening with just about every weekly delivery! One customer rep has been GREAT and very patient as many ***** as I have contacted them BUT they are not there most of the time and in a lot of meetings so several ***** I don't hear back until weeks later. I requested direct email address of another higher rep that has time to handle these same mistakes as they happen! So far I have not been given another rep. **** ***** separate reps reply instead of the same one I send complaints to where I end up not getting a reply to some of my emails. THEY KNOW I'M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY PHONE SO ALL CONTACT MUST BE THROUGH EMAILS! Just about every week one or more of the following happens that I PROVED. Shoppers substitute even though I CLEARLY MARK NO SUBSITUTIONS ALLOWED! Other items I didn't order, smashed meats or seals broken, sale prices not given, orders wrongly cancelled, not given senior discount, etc. They use to show what items were to be delivered BEFORE they arrived where I could tell BEFORE they get here if wrong items are being sent but they stopped doing that which makes it more difficult to know until after they leave which ones they got wrong or out of stock which determines how much tip I give them in person. I'm a senior with MANY serious health issues including severe pain! I have a disabled vet husband I have to help which is not Harris Teeter's fault but it is their fault for not permanently resolving these SAME issues that add stress and frustration to my life! When I don't hear back promptly over a mistake I let them know about I will forget or get confused about it.I have shopped most of my groceries from them for OVER ***************************************************** the last year than all other years put together! There's been a few good shoppers so I am not complaining about all of them!

    They took ***** out of my account and when I call about they said that they can't see where they took it out and to call back in 3 day and the guy said that his name is *** so tht how he help me they ****

    The $18 charged was due to a few items that went over the original amount that was charged to the **** If there is an overage it will charge the card on file for the difference. This is due to some items being weighted. This amount was refunded as a goodwill gesture.
