              Horrible warranty do not buy their product, they don't honor their warranty. They use a horrible courier that lies and does not show up to deliver, i have video proof that they never came to my house and after three days showing out for delivery, they return to sender

              I have to leave a star rating. I would leave zero if possible.This place is a joke. I sent a SMOK Fortis device in (at my expense) to this company for warranty coverage. Today, 6/6/22 I get an email saying that the device is defective, under warranty and a replacement will be sent. Ok, I knew all of this. However, when on the phone, I was told that the email was sent in error and the device is just fine (it is NOT and I have tested this using ***** batteries and 2 wall chargers) and they will be sending this back to me. Also, if it does not work (it does NOT) when it is sent back, I am to (wait for it) record a video and send it to this "company" and a replacement will be sent. These people are LIARS, SCAMSTERS, FRAUDSTERS, CROOKS and THIEVES! Stay away from SMOK and stay away from these MadVapes scumbags!
