Waited 2 months for my appt. only for the Dr to tell me he had to go get his kid. Is this how you run an office? Worst dental office I have ever been too. Do not go to this Dr. They don't care about you, they care more on getting you in and then getting you to pay for more services.

This person was seen in our office for the first time for a limited issue. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions and an influx of new residents to our area, new patient appointments and exams are less available. Upon exam it was determined to be in her best interest to return for a comprehensive exam at a more appropriate time. We actually received a cancellation for an appointment the same afternoon and offered it to her. Unfortunately my daughter was having a car problem and needed my immediate attention during our lunch hour. Because I could not stay during my lunch, this seemed to ignite her anger. We apologized for the inconvenience and her time and informed her we would not charge her for the limited visit since she would be returning for a more appropriate comprehensive appointment anyway. She initially agreed and complied, then suddenly without any warning began raising her voice and verbalizing accusations. She stormed out of the office, only to later call multiple times demanding another appointment. We informed her we did not feel comfortable treating her in our office due to her aggressive behavior and combative manner, at which time she used severe documented profanity directed at the office, staff, and myself. She then threatened that she would turn us in to the BBB. This is the first time we have ever received a low BBB review. My staff and I take great pride in our patient care, value, and professionalism.

This is not correct at all, they just want to make themselves look good. He felt that getting me into a spot they had come open would be better, att the cost of 399.00. I know how the dental field works, fill that open time slot, more money, sell more dental work to the pt. He thought I was there for a Emergency, and then when I told him I had this as a scheduled consult, he told me he had to leave.. I stood up and asked why he was blowing me off, after a 2 month wait. Funny they have a job opening listed now. Take pride in professionalism, then you should never tell a pt, that you have to leave for your kid. That is not Professional.
