I believe this business was great and reputable when it was under the old management/previous owner. The current management is nothing but crooks. I had a front end of my jeep that needed to be repaired and I took it in to get an estimate. They took most of my car apart, including the back bumper, the back lights AND the gas cap (nothing was wrong with it), held my car hostage for a MONTH saying they were short staffed and didn't have time, gave me an outrages estimate and charged me a $3900 for the estimate, most of it in storage fees (given it was their fault it wasn't done sooner). Of note, they charge you $75/day for your car just to be parked on their parking lot - so, of course, it benefits them to keep the car in their shop and not work on it for as long as they can. They also charged me for a car wash (?), car disinfection (?), installing "protection" (paper floor mat). The customer ********************** was absolutely ridiculous. They never called when promised to call, it was difficult to get a hold of them and required multiple phone calls a day to get anything accomplished. Our insurance company said that that's what that particular body shop does- hold your car hostage and wreck up outrages storage fees- it was not the first time they saw this auto body shop do it. I will be reporting them to BBB.
