              Washburn Law, PLLC (owner *************************************) represented my small rental property company during the closing of sale for one of my single family homes located in ************** on November 20, 2022. It's been more than 30 days since the closing and Washburn Law, PLLC, hasn't contacted me nor paid me for the sale of the home valuing more than $60,000. My rental property is now in the buyer's name and I've yet to hear back or receive a dime from Washburn Law, PLLC. The closing coordinator and processer involved with the closing of sale magically no longer work for Washburn Law, PLLC, and the company website is no longer available online. This all sounds a bit peculiar and illegal to me. Washburn Law, PLLC is a dishonest company that's not accredited by the BBB. I totally wish that I was aware of that before I requested that Washburn Law, PLLC represent my company in the closing of sale. So please beware, don't do business with this company or even do work for this company.
