            2/10/2024 - 2/14/2024 Was looking for another place to rent, as current residence will be increasing rent to a price that doesn't match area or amenities. Before applying, I had spoken in person to representatives, gave details on situations, our current jobs, ect...Was (at first) told that due to what our jobs were, that our application fees would be either applied to our first months rent or refunded if denied, but that many at my workplace lived there so the chances of being turned down were slim. My household applied, got all the proper paperwork for assistance animals, paystubs, ect... paid $230 in application fees. Received an email on 2/14/2024 that the application was denied. Called, & was informed that they would not be refunding as I was originally led to believe.
