I cancelled my subscription and moved my business and they continued to send product to an empty location and want me to pay for them which I will not because I never received it.

I placed my order on 1/1/2024 and am still waiting on it to ship; they charged my card for ****** can't get anyone to call me back or help me; when I email the company, they send me an automated email telling me they don't know what went wrong, that the order is delayed somewhere in shipping & they'll get management to email me back once they get ahold of someone!I just want what I ordered or give my $400.00 back!I've never seen anything like this in my life!I wish I would have seen these reviews before I'd ordered from them because now I'm totally stuck!

Worst company in the world you have to go to jail to renew your contract without the person's conscience. You are forcing the customer to stay with a terrible thing, terrible machine does not work customer service a s*** of both ******* and ***** without education. Terrible thousand zero for you.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. Poor installation with equipment left behind that they refuse to come retrieve. Mainly because it rips up the paint and drywall in the process and they wont repair that for you. So youre left with ugly plastic attachment randomly placed throughout your community. Have not received a response from any representative after bringing to their attention. Well, first I was told my property didnt have an install, yet, when I provided the gentlemans name and email who installed it, there was nothing but crickets. Still no response after several follow **** Terrible service

I was a good customer for 2 years. The machine suddenly malfunctioned. I was sent a replacement even though I wanted to end the contract. Because of this, I was forced into another 1 year contract. I was charged $80/month for the device. The machine is temperamental, hard to keep connected, and blows oil all over everything near it. They force you to sign at least a 1 year contract every time you make a change. They do not tell you when your contract expires. You have to buy out the contract to cancel after you have had a bad experience.DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

This is a scam! They get you to sign a contract and their product does NOT work. I have numerous emails with my sales person that the Scent Air does not work in our lobby. They do not care nor stand behind their produce. They want you to pay for something that does not work! They are trying to get me to pay out the contract after I have already returned their product.

Dont do it! Its like a timeshare deal you will never get out of your contract. Think why would a company have you sign a three year contract for what is really an overpriced diffuser? **** worked for a few weeks. Then it stopped. After multiple service calls, they sent me a new one. Same thing. I got tired of the phone tag with service people. They would not release me from my three year contract. Instead they wanted me to pay $1500 to cancel. Its a scheme.

Terrible customer service. If you decide your not happy with the service it's a big "too bad". You're stuck until the end of the contract. And if you don't like a scent...another too bad- it's a full month until you can receive a different one. I've learned my lesson....I will not recommend or renew my service with them.

We subscribed to receiving scented fragrances for our dental office. When it was determined some of our staff members and patients were getting sick from the usage of the scents we contacted the company to cancel the agreement and the services. The company would not cancel the service. More concerned about their monthly fee than the satisfaction of their clients. We have boxes of unused packages that they would not send return labels for. It has ruined our impression of their organization and would not recommend to any other business. We are only seeking a cancellation of the services and the billing agreement due to unique circumstances related to the health and well being of our staff.

Do I even need to rate this company ? I signed at 36 month agreement and when it came to end I wanted to cancel the agreement. Low and behold there's an automatic renewal for another 36 months and they want to charge me for 30 months of service even after I returned the equipment in perfect condition remind you! Due to Covid the business I ran hand to close - it was before my 36 month agreement was up. However, I held on an paid the monthly fee's. Remind you even through COVID and The Pandemic which they NEVER even thought about us small business owners and how much our dollars are stretching in these times! They're wanting me to either pay almost $2,500 out of pocket or " go find someone else " to take over my remaining months! are you kidding me ? this is how we do business in 2021 ? MY BUSINESS IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE - there's NO FUNDS to pay off this ridiculous charge. I see on here how they have so many Business nation and worldwide, Blah Blah Blah - if that's the case why are you so money hungry ? By the way, Yes I've been over the contract and it says you can cancel the automatic renewal. They wait until the end to stick you with the FINAL payments for c*** you're won't be using. This business is a huge scam and filled with deplorable's. If you ask me what's worse, doing business with Scent Air or Covid...? I'd honestly say doing business with Scent air. At least we've got preventives and vaccines to help with Covid. :-) With Scent air they just like to beat a dead horse.
