I'm telling anybody looking to buy a ****** Do not buy a ****** A few years later, the paint will fall off, and they will tell you it's not there problem they don't care. I kept this car immaculate.You can eat off the floor Garage kept climate control. Let me add that.It still has original stock tires on it from the day. I bought it if you want to buy a ****** The tires will last longer than the paint job.Review from Richard G

I decided to go to this car lot because they trade in estimator quoted me an amount $3,507 and the sales rep was **** ****** who seemed very likable, and I felt like I could trust him. He assured me that I would be getting close to what I wanted from my 2010 Acura TL. I stressed several times that if it was at least close to 3,000 I would keep it and just put a bigger down payment because my younger brother wanted it because my father helped me pick it out and he passed away a while ago and he wanted it because of sentimental value of the memories we had with him. I was on the phone while I was there with my fiancé, and she kept asking me how much I was getting in trade I would ask ****; he would not give me an amount which was frustrating me and her. She kept insisting that if he didn't tell me that I should leave and go somewhere else. There was some kind of miscommunication between my band Chase who already pre-approved me for a lower interest rate which I didn't know it was lower until after the sale. Also, it wasn't until after that when I found out that **** lied to me, and I was only credited $1,500 on my trade in amount and it just ruined my excitement of getting this car. The sales manager that was trying to get my loan approved wouldn't answer my questions and just seemed agitated that I was asking him what my trade in was and my rate. These are common things anyone should want to know and they were withheld until the sale was finalized. If there is any option to cancel the deal and return this vehicle and keep my 2010 Acura that's what I want or the amount I was told I would be given for it.Review from Theron W

Bought a used Silverado that ended up being auction junk on 2/11/24. It’s March 1, 2024 and the truck is still in the shop! 2 weeks to get keys made and find the rear main seal leaking oil from a plugged PCV system, and they didn’t check the tourqe converter shudder. Back in the shop for the shudder, 2 weeks for a new transmission to arrive. Said I will get it back today, 3/1/24 but the my Chevy app shows the truck way back in the lot not the shop. No loaner vehicle until I threw the sale paperwork on the finance guys desk, so at least I have something to drive. Chevy customer care looking into things. Had I known this was auction junk I would not have bought this POS! Of course it’s mine now and they won’t take it back. ****** ****Review from Kamal E

Failed to warn me that my car has been in TWO accidents so now I'm stuck with an upside-down loan and a car I don't want. My old car was turning on by itself, so they preyed on that desperation.Review from Walter M.

PISS POOR SERVICE! SERVICE DEPT. IS SORRY FROM THE MANAGER TO THE WORKERS IN THAT DEPT AND AUTO TECHS ARE NOT TRAINED WELL!! MY RATING IS NOT ZERO I GIVE THEM NO RATING!!!! WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT POOR SERVICE FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO MARK WAHLBURG SERVICE DEPT. THEY TOLD US WE NEEDED A TRANSMISSION WHEN WE CLEARLY DIDNT THEY WAS GONNA CHARGE 7,000 WE WENT TO GET A SECOND OPINION SOME HOW THE 4X4 SWITCH WAS ON POSITION CAUSING IT TO DRIVE ROUGH.THEY HAD OUR SUBURBAN FOR A WEEK AND COULDNT FIGURE THAT OUT. WE THOUGHT WE WERE HAVING TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS. GLAD WE GOT ANOTHER OPINION WONT BE BACK LIKE . GOT TRUCK BACK FROM THEM FIXING IT FROM THE ACCIDENT THE BODY SHOP LEFT SHOP DUST ALL INSIDE OVERSPRAY ALL OVER THE TRUCK ITS BLACK AND BLACK INTERIOR LEFT IT DIRTY WAS NOT CLEANED UP TOOK IT BACK SO THEY CAN FIX IT! IT WAS STILL DIRTY OVER SPRAY ALL OVER. BET WE WONT BE BACK!!! HOPE THEY SHUT IT DOWN AND I BET MARK WAHLBURG DOSENT KNW WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THEY ARE PROVIDING IF HE DOES HE NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE TOO!! too bad I can't give a zero so I guess they get a one. I knew car dealerships get a bad reputation, but this one takes the cake. Saw a car online at one of their affiliate dealerships in Michigan. Spoke to my local Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet on West Broad Street on how I would go about getting the vehicle down here. They said would be a $500 deposit and everything would have to be agreed-upon beforehand with the bank and then everything finalized once the car is down here and I drive it and everything is up to my expectations. All that was done deposit was made and deducted from my account. Two hours later I got a phone call telling me the car has been sold on that Friday. Over the weekend I reach out to the affiliate franchise in Michigan to see if the car is actually available. Monday morning a salesman from the other Mark Wahlberg in Michigan gets a hold of me and says the car is 100% available. He then proceeds to tell me that the car head been at another dealership of theirs in Michigan because on Saturday there was somebody scheduled a appointment to see the car and test drive it. Granted, this is the day after I was already gave delivery deposit. so they hadn't actually seen the car yet before I put the deposit down. I called the local dealer told him what was going on and they were going to check into it. I have since called the dealership four or five times can't leave a message because the mailbox is full the salesman won't return my calls to see if i can now get car. meanwhile, the salesman up in Michigan calls me and tells me the car sold once again out from under me. When I should've been the first one online since I put my deposit down on Friday, so here the car has been sold out from under me two times. Very shady dealership. I don't know what they're trying to pull and they won't return my calls or give me an explanation. Please think twice before going here.Review from Anthony B

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership! I set up a appointment a week in advance. Then when I got there they told me I didn't have an actual appointment and that they would need my car for multiple days and couldn't confirm when It would be looked at. This place is one of the most unorganized dealerships. The customer service was also awful. I tried to work with the service people to try and work something out but they wouldn't budge. Overall, wouldn't recommend anyone cone here and I certainly won't be coming back. 0/5.Review from Willie H

Mark Wahlberg chevrolete not a good place to do business with they still owe me ***** dollars for buying my car when I traded my camaro in for a ******** truck it's been over 2 weeks and they don't know what's going on a serious lack of communication with corporate!!!! So I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM
