I'll Start Out By Saying I Arrived At 7:45 A.M. Thursday August 11.2022 This Business Opened At 8 A.M. I Dropped My Truck Off To Get Just Pipes And Tips Put On This Truck Because They Said The Flex Pipe Was Impossible To Put On They Cut All The Existing Off Which Was Brand New And Started Over The Job Was Suppose To Only Be A Little Over $300 If Everything I Asked Was Done (Which It Wasnt) It Was The Only Vehicle There For Exhaust Work And Should Have Took 2-3 Hours At The Most To Do. I Show Up At Almost 1 P.M. And He Said it Wasn't Gonna Be Done For Awhile And So I Decided To Wait With The Truck Because I Don't Live Up Town And The Guy Tells Me I Needed To Leave And He'd Call Me When It Was Finished But It'd Be 3-4 P.M. Before It Was Done I Waited In The Parking Lot And When He Came Back From Lunch He Asks Me Wat I Needed I Then Tell Him Once Again I Was Just Waiting On The Truck That I Did All My Running Around Town I Needed To And That I Needed My Truck By 3 Or I Needed Them To Take It Off The Lift And I Could Take It Elsewhere He Then Started Screaming At Me And Asking Me Why I Couldn't Leave It And Why I Needed It By 3 Which Wasn't Any Of His Concern The Other Employees Just Stood And Watched Him Scream At Me. He Finally Got The Pipes On A Little After 3 And Didn't Put Tips On It Because He Said I Rushed Him Even Though He Had The Truck For Over 7 Hours. Get Half Way Home And He Didn't Do Something Right Because The Exhaust Was Beating Up Against The Cab Of The Truck So After Spending $318 We Still Had To Get It Fixed.
