            On September 15, 2021 American Movers and Storage delivered the contents of my house, which they were storing for me since February 2021, to my new address at **** ********* ***** ** ********* ****. Upon delivery I saw that my outdoor chase, outdoor end table, wooden childs chair and knob on my dining room buffet were broken and one of two glass shelves for my secretary is missing presumably also broken. I sent pictures with captions of the damages to American Movers and Storage and also have called them numerous times to either replace, repair or compensate me for the cost of the damages. As of November 10, 2021 I have not received a response from the company. I was told that as of their policy they do not cover damages done by a customer packing their own objects but the items that were damaged were not packed as they are considered furniture with the exception of the glass secretary shelf which the company packed. The mover that was here saw the damaged chase, end table and broken buffet knob and documented it to present to the company. It wasn't till after they left that I saw the damage to the child's chair and that the glass secretary shelf was missing.

            We ordered a $22,000 kitchen and this was the company that was tasked with delivery. They have had this kitchen according to the manufacturer for a long time. They will not return calls to the manufacturer, to Lowe’s, or to us. At this point we have yet to recover either the cost or the kitchen with no end in site. They were also declared unoperational in 2021 and never declared reopened. How Lowe’s ever chose them for the shipping company is beyond negligent.
