I am very frustrated with Nex Green I have had them for several years and was somewhat satisfied but this season has been difficult I have called several times in reporting that I had grubs which was a service that I paid extra to have. My landscaper ,the person who cuts my grass and the tree company that removed a tree said that I had a serious grub problem.. The technician came out and treated a small area he said that they were baby grubs and I needed to water. I did water faithly for several days till it rained. I I told him they pointed out other areas and he said I didn't have any other areas. He was rather abrupt and was not very nice in so many words blaming me for the problem. I wish you could see my back yard. I am a senior and feel they are not addressing the problem. It is awful . I had a large gathering of black crows attack my yard and it in a huge mess. I was very vigilant when I was made aware of the situation . I am very frustrated . I contacted them a couple days ago. The woman who answered the phone was not very nice I tried to explain my problem and she basically didn't want to hear it. Did not ask my name or address her response was just water. I am not sure what to do please help me . Thanking you for your attention to this matter. *** *****
