Did not use them, never called them, yet they learned that we hired a different company that would start in a week. They called, we did not catch their name, and they said they would be out tomorrow. So, of course, we thought it was the company we hired, approved contract with, but when they arrived, we saw the name on their truck and told them we did NOT ask for a quote, so sent them away. Way too many companies like this scamming people. Shame on them!

Our records indicate that we responded to your concern in accordance with the details provided by your husband. We executed the requested service and promptly sent a service confirmation email to confirm the completion of the task. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to resolving them. That said, we have call logs from 31 January when Joe contacted our office to discuss the aforementioned services. He spoke with our Service Coordinator, Scott, and later called back and spoke with myself, Adam, to get set for the service. The following is a direct excerpt from our conversation on 31 January at 10:22a.m: "Downspout from second story roof that ties-into lowers and drains underground. After it rains, there is a drip that sounds like a nickel rattling for 6-7hours after." 2x3" White downspout (have stocked) and replace if necessary. Water test. We value transparency and accountability in our business practices. Obviously, this is a specific service request and I highly doubt there are any inaccuracies, especially given my first hand account and your husband's subsequent acknowledgement of the conversation. Certainly, we can appreciate misunderstandings in our service and we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss them further and find a resolution - a fact of which was conveyed when we asked you to remove your factually inaccurate and slanderous review. It is impossible for our operation to generate random customer information and have not "scammed" anyone. Please check your records and we respectfully recommend some time for introspection prior to lying about another's hard work. As a company that has served the Greater Columbus Area for over 35 years, our goal is to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with our business. It's important to us that our customers feel heard and supported. We take pride in our commitment to customer service and appreciate the opportunity to improve based on your feedback. Great Company They came out and performed a drainage installation which went smooth. Crew on site was very informative throughout the process of the installation. They took care of the disturbed areas and left a "how to" care instruction and the process moving forward. Division Manager Alan was also great in letting me know when the job would be scheduled for completion and when Ohio Utility Protection Services(OUPS) would be out to mark the public lines to avoid damage(s). He also let me know if there is any private utilities that are unseen, I should have marked by a private locating company. They sent the invoice via email and had notes attached in response to questions I had during the installation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for Gutters or drains to be installed or serviced.

Company came and replaced all my drain lines at my property. The job site when they left looked terrible. Damaged gutter, piles of construction trash, piles of gravel and debris everywhere. Even worse, their large construction vehicles drove through our neighbors front yard. When asked to remedy, they came out to clean up, unapologetically. Additionally, there was no remedy to the yard or the inconvenience, despite me asking for some sort of compensation. They were extremely unprofessional at multiple levels. I would suggest using any of the other qualified companies in central Ohio given the headache and hassle we had to endure.

Thank you for your review, albeit misguided and absent of the facts. We had completed the underground system installation, per the work scope and in a proper functioning manner. The construction trash that has been referenced was not that of Professional Gutter & Drain. The contents included concrete, conduit, gravel and miscellaneous materials. The site is under renovation and evidently has had several other crews on the property as was the case at the time of our installation as onsite parking was scarce. We did return to haul away the aforementioned contents, at no additional cost. Aside from the mobilization fee, hauling and disposing of construction materials from another party was not included in our bid and ultimately was a cost of which we absorbed. Unfortunately, due to the construction and limited parking on the street, we were forced to park our equipment down the road, beyond the service property. To unload the equipment, it did require going through a section of grass near the street and leaving imprints in the grass that one could deem comparable to that of a commercial lawn mower. The tracks were temporary and ultimately would have "popped out" after a little waiting period. We had expressed that we would be willing to compensate the neighbor by means of a gift card for the inconvenience - This was refused. However, we were unwilling to concede to this customer's demands of an arbitrary $1,000.00 discount for her "headache." Certainly, we regret that we could not uphold your level of standards and act as your personal trash haulers without any prior notice. We appreciate your consideration and the opportunity to help in your storm water mitigation.

**** and Chauncy installed new gutters with gutter guards last Wednesday. They worked from early morning until almost dark. Everything was left is perfect order and they even made a few helpful suggestions. It rained the very next day and we couldn't believe how quiet it was.....no overflow, no rattles!! Nice gentlemen. Job well done.
