      The IGS Energy was supposed to save me money. Instead the charges for "delivery" in the summer months were almost as much as my electric cost. I'd like an explanation as to how the cost was calculated for my July, August and September bills. I cancelled on July 30. When I called Ameren, I was told that the change would not take place till my October bill. I think that these companies should be banned from doing this to people.

      Thank you, IGS charges for the usage, the Ameren charges the Delivery. You will always have Delivery charges. The billing is just broken out once with a supplier. With IGS energy you are able to lock in your supply price with Ameren will bill at the market variable rate price. Please contact us at ************ to review in more detail.

      I WAS SCAMMED INTO A SOLAR LEASE THE LADY VENTURE SOLAR HAD ME SIGN A LEASE WITH IGS SHE HAD ME THINKING I WAS GOING TO GET MY SOLAR REBATES BUT IGS GETS THEM ALSO THEY INSTALLED THE PANELS ON MY ROOF I NOW HAVE A 25 YEAR LEASE BUT THEY ONLY WARRANTY THE ROOF PENETRATIONS MOUNTINGS FOR 5 YEARS HOW CAN THEY LEASE ME A SOLAR PANELS FOR 25 YRS AND ONLY WARRANT THERE ISTALATION JOB FOR 5 YRS SO IF I GET A LEAK FROM THERE PENETRATIONS AFTER 5 YRS I HAVE TO HAVE THEM REMOVE THERE PANELS WHICH THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH BUT IM SURE ITS A LOT OF MONEY FOR ME TO FIX THERE LEAKS I CAN NOT BELIEVE I FELL FOR THIS SHIT!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE TALKING TO A LAWYER THIS IS NOT RIGHT

      Zero stars. They have rates far higher than their competitors. I cancelled and paid them the fee directly and then they proceeded to bill me through AES. This had been ongoing for 3 months and they still will not pay me back. I had to get an email together with them and AES just to get them to acknowledge that the fee had been paid. This is corrupt.

      The "representative" was very adamant on wanting to see my bill to make me switch even if I don't approve. Horrible way to scam those who are unaware of the dangers of showing that information. They will switch you over even if you say no, as long as they see your bill you will be switched even if you say no while they give you info. The person also claimed that my household has been though them for "many many years" up until recently and wanted to "renew" my contract, as if I don't know who I pay my bills to!

      I am sick and tired of these people showing at my door trying to scare tactic me into switching to their company! They show up telling us we red flagged because we did not respond to their letter. Then they ask to see my Duke Energy Bill. Why would they need to see my bill? These people to STOP this harassment! My supplier has never said I need to do anything except pay my bill, which I do. I'm NOT switching suppliers.

      This company is a scam company! I told the "representative" I wanted this fraudulent subscription cancelled two weeks before, April 2024, they sent me a bill. I called to make sure they cancelled and another "representative" told me she had no record of me cancelling my subscription. She told me she would check into it and cancelled today. This company knows it is robbing people of money. They are still going to charge me for this month. Fees should be stopped upon cancellation. This is pure robbery. Then they say that customers have to wait two billing cycles AND PAY for those cycles! I'm sure they can contact the utility company to let them know to switch back but they are getting away with robbery of customers by saying it takes that long to cancel! The only thing that came of this subscription is that I accrued another bill!!! My utility bill was the same as before I subscribed!!! I've read their responses to other complaints and all they say is that they'll work on customers issues with them. They do not resolve anything except stealing customer's money! This is a scam company and its obvious how they lock you into a garbage service that doesn't do a thing for the customer and only profits for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and then makes you pay AFTER YOU HAVE CANCELLED their garbage service!!! This company is a fraudulent company!!! Someone has to be protecting this garbage company because they are allowed to fraud, scam, and steal from people!!!

We do not have access to your utility bills but you absolutely should have seen a discount on them since your subscription with us went active; we would be happy to review them with you and reach out to the utility to address any discrepancies. In addition, your cancellation was submitted to the utility when requested. The only bills you are receiving are for credits that should have already been applied on your utility account - not for anything after the cancellation date. Our Customer Care team will be contacting you to address your concerns.

      The same guy with this company has been coming to my door for months. So much so that he has learned my schedule and his been knocking on my door every week on my day off for the last 6 weeks. After he stands on my porch for 10 minutes he sits in his car in front of my house for 15+ minutes. I have pictures of him looking in my front window. Harassing people in their own home and being a peeping Tom is not how you get business. Yesterday when he came I yelled at him to go away and that I was sick of him coming to my house. If he comes again the cops will be involved.

      I've had pretty much the same situation occur that everyone else is describing on here. I did not get the guys name (I wish I had), but he shows up at my door in a normal car. There was no company car or markings. He says Duke Energy sent him out because there were inserts in my bill that I hadn't responded too that needed to be taken care of. He said because I hadn't responded in 60 days Duke sent him out to personally take care of the situation. He needed some personal information and my Duke bill in order to fix this (something about a two digit number off the bill?). At this point I have a man who has identified himself as sent by Duke but has a IGS Energy badge and clothing asking me for a bunch of personal information and my Duke bill. At no time did he ever announce he was a sales person trying to get me to switch my account and he was pretending to represent Duke Energy. This is very deceitful practice. Luckily I realized what was going on - I called him out for being a salesman and deceitful and asked him to leave my property immediately.

      trash business and monopoly scam, promising better rates for already struggling americans then your bill goes through the roof how dare bbb and ohio even let a company like this exist with the clear gutter trash that it is.
