            I dropped off a blouse and a green scarf at this location on October 17. The blouse was to be dry cleaned and the scarf was to be hemmed. I have been back to the store twice and called three times. They still don't have my green scarf hemmed (on December 1st) and don't have it at the store anymore. When I called today, the manager yelled at me and said he doesn't have it anymore and doesn't know when he'll get it back. When I asked for a solution on how to get back my scarf (hemmed or un-hemmed) he said he can't help me. And then he hung up on. I called the store twice and each time he yelled and then hung up on. That green scarf was precious to me and I'd like to have it back. It's unfortunate that the management team cannot even respond professionally and instead yell on the phone. I would like to just have my scarf back (hemmed or un-hemmed).
