      I opened an account with them back when I lived in Columbus, OH worst mistake ever. I moved to Texas after I graduated for a job and later the job offer was rescinded so with no income it resulted in a negative balance on my checking account. I ended up finding a temporary job until a higher paying job started with that I was able to pay a portion of the negative balance. In Texas if you work for the state you get paid once a month. I communicated this with them and told them the remaining balance would be paid on the 1st of the following month. Remind you they never once reached out to me regarding the negative balance on my account. Payday came and I found out I got a paper check because they weren’t able to deposit it into my CME account. I got an email saying that I had received a message from them in my cme mobile app, I attempted to log in and wasn’t able to. Turns out the reason that I couldn’t get paid or access the account was because they CLOSED my account without notice. They still to this day send me messages know that I can’t see them because they closed my account and logged me out of it. Not even giving me a chance to pay it. They then report a closed/ charged off account to the credit bureaus. I have disputed it on all the credit bureaus and provided proof that they have violated the fair credit reporting act and My chances of getting it removed are looking great!!! Do not do business with this company they are malicious and will intentionally try to ruin your credit, while violating the FCRA.

      Overcharged,Get Sick, Mistreated because I'm Deaf

      Starts with they skip read my note for visit and the staff fault not complete what other staff not used to which is someone interpret for me that his name is in my file. I'm Deaf n use video phone. Last call on dispute I found out the person wasn't a manager and the staff manager found my card hasn't been mailed after I paid for fed ex. I had to request my card 3 time. 1snt never came, 2nd was promised overnight but came in regular mail like 2 weeks along with 3rd card I requested was told I not have to pay fee. Charged me 70 dollars waiting on a card for 2 months. Last call they said I agreed to change kind of banking when I never agreed. My account charging me for service I never gotten or was never told I needed online banking. **************** told me I'm all good but got told my interpreter is required notary and making me stuck unable return home due to loaning. I even contacted cme allow my mom withdraw they gave me approval but mom show up they wouldn't do it. All fees, my paycheck and loan due to no access after over 6 calls. I'm disputing my previous balance plus fees bank took along with apology for not doing their job in person n lying I'm all set. I never had bad experience with my bank that caused me losing my job, embarrassment asking for loan, not allowed to ask after that person added on account. I tried asking how to dispute they keep say pass me to manager after he knew n gave me fault promise n forgot. please email me if you can help me get my money back n close my account.
