This is a terrible company and their customer service is horrible as well. Also, they don't work weekends so if you have a problem with an order and need help, you are forced to wait all weekend. Then, you will be completely ignored and your order will ship anyway. This company does not care about their customers and they only want your money. I will not be using Customized Girl again.

I ordered a Letterman jacket for my daughter with her initials on the front and her name on the back. Well, I got it today after a long wait. I didn't get what I ordered. Instead of the jacket, I got a buttoned fleece sweater. It doesn't have her initials on the front and it was printed and stuck on the back. When I call to complain, the girl trys to argue with me and says my order doesn't qualify for a refund but she can give me a discount on my next order. I don't want anything else from them EVER AGAIN. I paid for a Letterman jacket and got a fleece sweater. I wasted what money I had on here for something my teenage daughter really wanted. So now I have to disappoint her on Christmas. That's all she wanted, now she's probably not going to wear it to schoole Retailing Associates LLC Response
