Extremely dishonest organization! ************************* especially. They never printed our wrap and never scheduled our install after we paid them $2,000. We waited 2 months and finally decided to ask for a refund. They refused and said the only thing they would do is print the wrap and ship to us and we could go get it installed somewhere else. I asked how much that would cost bc if they were charging a significant amount to just print the wrap that wouldn't be worth it to us. ***** told me he didn't know the cost. I told him at that point to just give me a refund, obviously I can't agree to something if you don't tell me how much it will cost. ***** refused to give me the full refund and pretended to not hear me ask 5+ times for a full refund. I followed up through e-mail asking for a refund and ***** responded to a different e-mail chain telling us he was sending us the wrap anyway and how much it would cost. We never agreed to the price for just the wrap and I told him multiple times we just wanted a refund. He's trying to rush and get it shipped so he can keep our $2,000 and claim he sent the wrap. Several other franchisees from my organization have also had similar issues with this company. I'm currently fighting these charges with my credit card company and will take AGI to small claims court if necessary. AGI is not worth the risk, just find a different vendor. You have been warned!
