      I had a problem with squirrels ripping of shingles and clawing their way under the peak of my roof causing lots of damage, and they even got burrowed in to have little squirrels. I called squirrel busters and they suggested I call Critter Control and have a guy named ******** **** come take a look, and did he ever. He set traps, took pictures , explained the process to me and, discussed plan A and B if A didn't work with the traps. After the fifth day, he climbed on the ladder and with trap in hand and holding the long handled trap device to reach in, he wound up reaching in with his heavily gloved hand to get the mangy squirrel out of my ceiling under the soffits then he got the little ones out and then covered up the sizeable hole with some heavy temporary cardboard to prevent any birds from getting in, which I did see one unsuccessfully try, while I now wait for my roofer to come and fix the damage. He was very polite and professional everytime he came and in the end did a great job of releaving my tremendous stress that had been growing each day. I highly recommend Critter Control and a special shoutout to ******** **** for an excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone with a similar problem. Very happy home owner in Centerville Oh.       This place is awful!!!! First off, they had me sign a pad that was blank and he said it was just to approve them to do the service which was not correct. I was told they would leave the trapping cages out for two weeks and they did not. They took the traps in a total of a week due to a holiday in the mist and the locking of the traps on Fridays early morning so Fridays were a waste of time. I paid $247.00 to this company for nothing. I asked for a manager to reach out to me and all she did was give excuses. It wasn't until 5 days in they put another trap in. Also, they left the apples in there and did not switch them out daily and they were black and ants crawling all over them but the manager said there was other things in there are you kidding me seriously. Then when they first came out they were to SURVEY is what I was told and all the person did was stand at the end of my sunroom where I showed him the ground hog went in and did not look anywhere else to see if there was any other place so you can that a SURVEY that's funny. They did not trap nothing and I DO HAVE A GROUNDHOG LIKE I TOLD THE MANAGER. I was going to have them do a preventive around my area but not now they can't be trusted. I will seek another company to come out and redo the trapping also and an estimate for preventive measures.. I guess I have to pick at least one you should have a ZERO

      Each customer is quoted our service fee, as well as costs for each animal removal BEFORE we allow a customer to schedule and send a technician to a property. Those fees are approved again onsite before we provide services. A copy was emailed to your account at the time of signing. No fees were charged that were not disclosed by phone before you committed to our appointment. We advise our customers we trap UP TO 10 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. This is also noted in the contract emailed to you in paragraph one. We remove traps if we have no signs of activity for several consecutive days and no activity is reported by our customers. We also added liquid bait to your trap(s) and still had no activity, along with apples. On June 7, you told our technician you hadn't seen the groundhog since prior to our arrival of May 28th. During the course of our trapping, you did not report any new activity either. We made 10 trips to your home. We monitored traps onsite during the course of 6/2 through 6/11 after setting traps June 1. There was no activity or reports of activity and so we pulled traps accordingly. There was no violation of our contract and no undisclosed fees or costs. The contract, as well as our quote, were emailed directly to you in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, we cannot force a customer to review contracts, which is why we explain verbally before we even schedule services. Our responsibility is to make sure we quote our services correctly, which we did on our initial call. We also provided that information in writing to you. As recommended, an exclusion is needed to deter further burrowing. As with the entire process, you also disputed our professional recommendations and our experience along the way. While we do still stand by our recommendations, we agree it is best that you proceed with another company. Our experience in this case is that you had excuses as to why you did not receive our emails, why our trapping was incorrect, and that we should provide services for trapping that you personally indicated lacked activity. A manager providing information on dates emails were sent, explaining the depth of an exclusion, the process of why/when traps are pulled are not excuses, but explanations. We are a professional wildlife company, with more than 30 years of experience. We wish you the best with your wildlife issue.
