              I purchased hearing aids for myself financed through Comenity bank-healthiplan. Financing with a no interest loan if paid within 2 years. I mistakenly wrote healthiplan on my payment check instead of comenity-healthiplan. The check was processed on 1/24/2024. The due date was 1/27/2024. This was verified by my bank as well as a representative of healthiplan. The check was for $200.00. Representative told me it would take up to 14 days for the money to be credited to my account. It is now 3/18/2024 the money has still not been credited to my account and I have an additional late fee charge of $40.00. I was sent a letter indicating they did not receive my January payment and the dispute is closed. I have attempted to contact them repeatedly by phone and cannot get past their automated phone system. I have sent a letter of description as well as the proof of payment letter from my bank to both their Columbus, OH PO box as well as the payment address located in Texas. They refuse to respond. I have lost $200.00 to this company.
