I placed an order for 2 recliners on April 18, 2023 with Beautiful Rooms in ************* and gave them 50% deposit charged on ************* card. I was told it would take approximately 4+ months. I followed up on my order a couple of times. On August 18th, 2023, I received an email from Beautiful Rooms that my recliners were at their delivery service, *****************. Beautiful Rooms also charged my credit card for the balance of the order, which they should have waited to charge my credit card the balance upon delivery. On August 21st, 2023, I placed my 1st phone call to **************** asking them for a delivery date. I was told that they didnt have a truck scheduled for my area for a couple of weeks and to check back. I checked back 5 times with a song and dance and excuses. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. After SEVERAL phone calls and emails back and forth with Beautiful Rooms and ****************, I still didnt have the recliners. **************** had my recliners for TWO MONTHS before I finally received them. Both Beautiful Rooms and **************** service need to got back to business school 101 on how to run a business.
