            Business owner over 22 years Roses cleaning services cleaning services Residential commercial carpet cleaning an auto detailing equipment brought down there To be fixed by Jay the owner And his wife dropped off the equipment any equipment was never returned his sold a vacuum cleaner on me in told me I never got ticket to claim it to pick up so he sold a $800.00 Vacuum cleaner on me that I bought of Of him and told me I never picked it up Rose Esposito

            Roses Cleaning,
            In response to your vacuum, this happened around 2018. We contacted you numerous times with an estimate (vac needed new motor).
            and received no response . Even though we have it clearly displayed we are not responsible for items left over 30 days we hold everything for a year. You came back well past a year and we let you know then that we discarded the item due to no response.
            We thought this was resolved. The procedure we use if you do not have a claim check is to have you sign that the repair is being picked up.

            You came back 5 months ago and asked for the original purchase receipt which was 2015 which we provided you at that time.
