This is an amazing company from product, installation and service. This company is one stop shop for stairlift and shower. Recently had both installed and the products are sensational. My 96 yr old Mother finds both the stairlift and shower heaven sent. I cant say enough about the tech who installed the stairlift the Jonathan who installed the shower. I installed a NE Stairlift in my townhouse for my Mothers convenience since she currently resides with me. I cannot say enough good things about this company. This is a very professional company who are experts in providing and installing a quality lift. I was so pleased with their service Ive now hired them to install a walk-in shower. I have rented a 3 month chair lift installation form NE Stairlifts for the past 2 years and I highly recommend them! They are professional and responsive. Without any disruption, they come in and install and then come in and remove. It is a game changer for my Mother when she comes to visit. She would not be able to visit without the stairlift and there have never been any concerns. I can only say thank you very much for providing this service!Review from Cat V

New England's stair lift is very professional they mean what they say And they do what they say I needed a stair lift on a yesterday type basis because previous company dragged their feet and it wasn't gonna be installed in time for me for me. New England stair lift made accommodations to be able to install my stair lifts when I came home from surgery so I was able to go upstairs to go to my bed which was nice Mike was very professional polite I highly recommend him the office staff were extremely considerate and understanding I would use them in a heartbeat I don't think I would ever go with another companyReview from Robert B

I called New England Stairlifts to see if they could help me stop the beeping on my sister's stair lift. I noticed they worked with her brand of chair and thought it might be a quick fix. It wasn't! My sister didn't purchase the chair from this company because she had to use the one required by her insurance. Yet, the representative, Mark, walked me through many possibilities in trying to stop the beeping. Not only did he offer suggestions but he didn't give up when the beeping continued. I can't thank New England Stairlifts and Mark enough. This company is the Gold Star of service...especially to a non customer. My sister has been unhappy with her current chairlift and wanted another. I will definitely recommend this company when she returns home. Thank you so much for a very pleasant experience. You have found the RIGHT place! We needed a stair lift ASAP as my mother is in her 80's and all our bedrooms are upstairs. Bob and the whole team scurried to make it happen so Mom never has to use the stairs. The installation was wonderful and I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you!
