Rented a bounce house previously from Moonwalks by Magic World and it was a great experience. Unfortunately, our second experience was not the same. We set up the bounce house and it was clear it was not cleaned before renting it to us which the owner admitted to. Refuse, ***** stains , grass, etc see attached photos. I spoke with the owner who offered 1/2 off the rental. I spent over 30 minutes cleaning the bounce house myself, my son got a splinter in his toe while trying it out and i contacted the company immediately after speaking with them and they didn't answer so i reached out via email letting them know I'd like a full refund. I contacted them on Monday and spoke with the owner who acknowledged receiving the email which they didn't respond to and as a result I'll have to take this up with my credit card company. Despite his comments below we were fearful of actually using such a dirty and like contaminated bounce house.He was rude and arrogant and there are many rental options available. I would highly recommend you seek an alternative. I'll be contacting the better bureau as well as this is a very poorly run business - very unprofessional.

Magic world has been in Business for 38 years with no Negative reviews on BBB. We pride ourselves on how clean our bounce houses are before they go out for rental. With 83 Bounces going out, this one somehow got missed. The customer called Saturday and ask for half off. We apologized and gave him his refund that second. He used the bounce Friday and Saturday. He then returned on Sunday, and nothing was said to us. On Monday he called and spoke to ****** and became very belligerent, I took the phone and he said I work for a bank, and I will get the refund through them. He then hung up. He even stated that the bounce he rented before was a great experience. Before Covid, Magic world was voted best Party rental business 3 years in a row. We love our customers and love delivering the smiles.Have a magical day.***************************** A.K.A Mr. **********************

you offered a free bounce house when i called to let you know about the unacceptable filth left in the bounce house - not sure why you wouldn't offer a full refund vs. half. i spoke to your wife before i had to spend 30 minutes cleaning it when she offered half. hopefully you implement better quality controls so other customers don't have to go through what we did.
