Jose did a great job. We told him the furnace was calling for FUEL BUT WOULD NOT ignite. He checked the igniter, found it to be faulty, and replaced it. We had a service call 2 weeks ago and was told it was the furnace door. It needed to be taped shut. Unfortunately, that was not the problem and was charged 109.00 to have the door taped, which did not solve the problem. A furnace will not call for heat if the door is not closed properly, which was not the case. Make sure people listen to what you are saying. ****** ***********Review from J Allen N

I had a problem with my oil burner on Christmas Eve. Joel got to my house within 30 minutes of contacting the call center. Was able to get it running again in 30 minutes. Great Service for a Holiday (and a Sunday) ! Thanks for all your help !Review from DOUGLAS E
