**** ******** *** ******* THEY WOULD NOT FULLY REFUND ME FOR A VERY POOR PRESSING JOB The service here is very poor. When I dropped my son's clothes of the lady was trying to multitask, disregarding the customers standing in front of her while taking phone calls. When I picked up my clothes the young lady was on her cell phone and had an attitude putting it down as if I was interrupting her than she proceeds to ask me how can I help you with the worse attitude. Then, on Monday morning, THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL, I OPENED THE CLOTHES TO FIND THE CLOTHES LOOK EXACTLY HOW I DROPPED THEM OFF. It looks like they just hung the stuff on hangers. Everything was new. I just wanted it to be pressed. When I called to complain, I was completely disregarded. I was told because the clothes were already clean and I wanted press only she could not guarantee all the wrinkles would come out! What? That's crazy! It's a pressing service, and you can not guarantee all the wrinkles out. I was told I could have a credit. I don't want to do business here again. THE LADY CALLED ME BACK TO ARUGUE WITH ME AND TELL ME I COULD NOT HAVE A FULL REFUND OR A PARTIAL REFUND AND THEY ARE NOT A ATM. DO PARK CLEANERS THINK IM A ATM PAYING 67.80 TO GET BACK WRINKLE CLOTHES?! Very disappointed.

We offered to repress the order while she waited, and she would not respond. We tried to correct the issue because she did not specify she wanted the pants creased which seemed to be the issue. She would not allow us to correct the issue. This was an order done in 24 hours on the weekend and was a press only. She washed it at home incorrectly and we did the best we could with the fabric in the condition it was in. She refused to understand and continued to barrage us with verbal abuse. We tried to help her from the beginning. To me, this complaint has no merit because of her calling us names and not letting us even attempt to correct her perceived flaws. Due to the slander, it should be disqualified as credible.
