Wow! I cannot say better things about Janus! In 2020, I bought their Superior coverage (basically everything except seals and gaskets- the DEALER DID NOT DISCLOSE) through a local dealer for a vehicle I originally purchased for my son. The coverage was for 60 months/100,000 miles. I ended up with the vehicle as my daily driver and the times I took it in for repairs, my claims were taken care of completely. Where my support of this company went to an undeniable TWO THUMBS UP AND 5 STARS is after my recent accident. An oncoming vehicle came into my lane after it was hit. Needless to say, my vehicle was totalled! Leaving me with no vehicle and a remainder left on my warranty, I had to buy another vehicle. I contacted the original dealer and found that I could get a refund on the remainder of my warranty. I began my search for another vehicle. I didn't find a vehicle at the original dealership, and when I found one, it was unfortunately on the finance person's day off.After doing my due diligence I found the Janus site and started to research other dealerships that offered their products. I could not find a list so I left a message and then found their ******** page and sent the same message in messenger. To my surprise, I received an very quick response stating that a rep in my area would be contacting me. That was not the end of the surprises. It was almost immediate contact from the rep, who was the rep for my state, but I also found out that the ********** ***** was the one who originally responded to me directly. Having experience in business strategy and business process reengineering for a long time, I was VERY IMPRESSED. I'm a little fish and I just had the **** of ******** contact little 'ole me. My case was being handled directly by both the Maryland rep, who IS PHENOMENAL AND the President of the Company. The refund I am receiving is more that I expected. I WILL BE BUYING Janus Warranties for ALL my family vehicles AND Janus' whole line of car care!
