    I was unsure of what security camera system to buy for my home. Tbis company made recommendations for a system that was budget friendly on Amazon rather than push for something over priced. Install price was reasonable compared to other bids I received. Communication throughout the process was great, they showed up on time and did the work to my expectations. Highly recommend.

    Home Automations seemed very professional and customer friendly when they first started work on reorganizing my home entertainment system and adding a universal remote to facilitate operation of my system. I inquired about installing a Gemini System and whether this would be the same as a universal remote. They were not familiar with Gemini. In either case, they proceeded to reroute and streamline the wiring behind my system while one of them studied the instructions for the Gemini. Along the way, they recommended a larger Surge Protector and a particular Universal Remote. They gave me the references for these on Amazon. I ordered these. This was suppose to be an overnight delivery. (This was on a Friday) They promised to be back next day. In the mean time, my system was disassembled so I would not have access to my regular TV stations. I received the 2 items from REMOVED. We agreed they would be back on Monday. On Monday they determined the universal remote they recommended did work, but that the Gemini would serve the same purpose. After 2 hours of work, they finally finished. Then they charged me for a service call after they said they would not. Unfortunately, their work in clearing up excess wires and improving the overall appearance of the area fell short. Additionally, they connected my Christmas lighting above the REMOVEDso couldn't turn them off. When they left, both the guy in charge and the technician left me the technician's number. I called the number that evening to inform the technician he had dropped a check payable to him. But, he never answered and no voicemail was available. So, I text. I then called the main number and left a voicemail;, but no one ever called back. Today, Wednesday, I tried reaching the Technician at his number again. This time he answered and yelled at me to leave him alone and stop harassing him, So, go figure
