    Took car for repairs 5 months ago. Have been calling several times a week for status update. Was told they were waiting on a bumper cover that was on national backorder. I found several used AND new ones but they refuse to use anyone but their distributor. Every time I call I get a different answer. At one point I was thinking of trading for another vehicle and was told the CarFax report showed frame damage and they wouldnt trade for what it was worth. I bought a CarFax to see if there was something reported that I wasnt aware of and there was no frame damage on the report. Outright lies, repeatedly. Manager will not return phone calls and auto body shop manager hung up on me when I told him I was coming to pick up the car to have repairs finished elsewhere. They refused to release the car until repairs are paid for and I refuse to pay for repairs that they havent done. I have been on the loaner waiting list for 5 months and have never been able to get one, costing me double in gas to get son to and from work because they wont just buy the part from another seller and finish the repairs. I am making car payments and insurance on my car for the 5 months that they have had it. Ive spoken to numerous management and no one will assist, me. What happened to the customer is always right? After what Ive dealt with for the last 5 months with them I feel that what the insurance company already paid them is sufficient.. I just want my car back from them and I dont feel like I owe them anything for how Ive been treated..

    Wanted to inform of my dis trust in Wiesner and lost sale of myself and any of my company vehicles. Today at **** amI called to see if Stock PC5718 was in stock, but no sales was in. Received a call at 9:02 from Sales man *************** that I missed. Called back at 9:12 and confirmed unit was in stock and the online price was the price. Was told to fill out a credit application and he would get the process started. After getting the credit application filled out was sent new numbers for the vehicle with additional add on's not mentioned before Windsheild protection $799.00, Paint Interior fabric $499.00, Lojack $1695.00, SW re Red Alert $399.00, Wheel Locks $199.00, Tint $199.00. This added to a total of $3790 not disclosed before running credit. I would not have ran credit if this had been brought up before. Very un professional way of handling business.
