      Had called Remco branch at highway 6 South three times and I got no response for the past 48 hours Im presently outside their office and noticed that there is a note that they had gone for lunch without mentioning on when they will be back from their Lunch break Will await for them till I hopefully will get someone to assist me with my auto insurance

      I bought an auto insurance to buy a car from a private owner. We were to meet at the auto title-change office to transact the sale (cash). The seller pulled out last minute. Now that I have another new car, I am happy to continue being remco customer but to my dismay, my ********************** is cancelled and in the process of being refunded, but my $100 deposit can't be transferred. My agent told me to call your customer complaint line. I called the customer complaint line for 2 days there is no one picking up. I left my first message 48 hours ago there hasn't been a single call from Remco. I tried calling customer sales number and they tell me complaint line is very busy. Your customer service, for not prioritising handling customer complaints, is a failure. I am sure I am not the first person now will I be the last to buy used vehicles this way. Is it ethical/fraudulent to take my deposit when the car title never changed hands to my name at all? Should I take my business elsewhere? There is no email address for complaints!

      Hello Ms. ***** I'd like to apologize for someone not getting back to you right away & for the vehicle transfer issues you were facing. That can be very stressful when you trying to get a ****************** arise. You should be able to count on us expeditiously for any transitional issue or changes to a policy you may encounter. There are seasonal surges that we encounter with new ************** should have been faster with your complaint issue. When someone calls our **************** it's for an important ************ are very important to us as a Remco Customer, no excuses. I'd like to thank you for trusting us & staying with Remco regardless of the issue you were facing. There will always be a refund on deposits for premium not used (You only pay for days insured) & a refund would have been mailed if the policy was cancelled. Unfortunately due do insurance carrier policies, we couldn't transfer deposits, only refund them & create a new policy if needed. I wanted to reply again that we are continuing to monitor your policy & please feel free to contact me personally if there is ever any issue like this again. Thank You & feel free to ask me if I can assist you in any way. *************************************

      I was in a bind and Julye from Remco helped me get out of that bind. Helped me find the best policy to fit my needs and my budget. She walked me every step of the way until I was happy with the policy I needed. I would recommend Julye and Remco to everyone. Thank you Julye for your help and understanding. I'm glad you were there when I needed help. You are an amazing person.

      I have been making my payments here for almost 6 Months I was late on my payment last month by almost 10 days . The lady was so sweet she didn't charge me a late fee or anything as I explained to her I've been behind on my bills. And did not charge me any extra money my last agency I was at every time I was late they would charge me almost $30-$40 even if I was just two days late. Thank you again ******* I really appreciate it you were a big help
