      For 4 months my family of four and I have had no safe drinking water due to the contamination of the Rainsoft water filtration and treatment system. The contamination has gone into the reverse osmosis system and the water throughout the whole household affecting our showering, dishwasher and washing machine. We noticed that we started having rashes on our skin and some discoloration of clothes being washed. The Rainsoft technicians only have training to install equipment and test for softness of water. They had no knowledge how to solve the urine taste to our water. I had to hire outside companies to analyze our water. The conclusion was that there was sulfur in the water coming from the Rainsoft system. Their suggested solution was to change out the Rainsoft tanks and the contaminated reverse osmosis system tank. When I requested the Rainsoft manager to change the tanks which have lifetime warranties on them he pretty much hung up on me. In the past 15 years I have paid almost $20,000. to Rainsoft to keep my water safe and clean for drinking. Now when there is a problem with their products their solution is to turn off the system and drink city water. I feel that my family and I have had both physical and emotional pain and suffering due to Rainsoft products. Rainsoft has failed to keep my water safe and healthy that I have been paying them for. My daughter has an incurable cancer and I have acid reflux. We both need alkaline water. I paid Rainsoft over $700 in the past year and half for alkaline ************* I have to buy alkaline water from the store.I feel Rainsoft needs to change out all my Rainsoft tanks and compensate me for all the pain and suffering caused to my family. Their response has been cruel and caused pain and suffering. They have failed their contract and warranties.

      I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE, WHEN IT COMES TO THIS COMPANIES INTEGRITY AND DOING THE RIGHT THINGConcerning My **2, and what happened when I Reach out in regards to it.I worked for Sweet Water Home Services back in 2021. During the 2022 tax season I never received a **2 from the company.I reached out and spoke with a member of HR in order to obtain it.The HR member informed me that because my employment with the company was for a short time, the company didn't reportany taxes and not to worry about it.That didn't seem right to me, so I spoke with my ******* who informed me to requesta **2 for tax reporting purposes.Well after some time I received the **2 and I filed my taxes. But soon after I was contacted by the *** and alerted to a contradiction with the document I filed. Apparently Sweet Water sent a different **2's to the *** from the one they sent me.Now the *** is requesting the corrected **2.After being made aware of this, I reached back out to SWHR beginning of this Year 2023 andinformed them of the *** findings. I was told they would look into the matter and get back with me. Not long after Sweet Water HR confirmed two differing **2s had been sent out and they would correct the issue.Currently it's been two months or more and I'm still waiting for the corrected **2. *** called to speak with the HR Manager, but my calls are being screened and avoided. I even called and left a voice mail for the owner. To this date, no one has made any attempts to return my calls. I just want this issue resolved. THIS SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE INNER WORKINGS OF THE COMPANY, AND THE COMPANIES INTEGRITY.

      The water system is great. But I wouldn't use them again. We have had our water system for about 2 years. A few months after we bought it the shelter broke and we have been trying to get it fixed since. I spoke with the manager in *********** and in ******. They said I was on a list to get it replaced. It's been over a year and I'm still on the list? I hate when companies act so great then they go-to c*** after you buy their service. I will never reccomend them.

While I agree it has taken too long, we have been backordered on these extensively through COVID as the supply chain for materials has had our hands tied.       I have had my Sweetwater water softener system for eighteen years and it's still doing a great job. ***** is my service consultant who always does excellent work and explaines any questions that I have.

      I was given a "Cleanstart Referral Form" If I gave them 4 names, ******************** information I would receive a FREE CLEANSTART LAUNDERY BOOSTER. One referral purchase the water system, the other 3 did not. I have called since 8/4/2021 to no avail. I have spoken to ****, ****** (twice) and ****** in ****** all with excuses! No one had an answer as to why I did not qualify, they told me they would send me $100 gift card. I have not received the Cleanstart or gift card. I thought I would put this out there, this is deceptive trade practice. Upon reading the reviews, I was told that I could take my system with me at no cost, I guess that is also not true. Future buyers might want to record their conversations.

      ****, thank you for reaching out to Sweetwater Home Services. There was definitely some confusion regarding our referral program. In our program we offered a free CleanStart Laundry Booster for any of our customers who referred us to 4 friends who allowed us to analyze their water. Also, on the form you provided the names for us it stated they need to meet a few qualifications such as being homeowners and not currently using water treatment equipment. Unfortunately, only 2 of the 4 referrals you provided had their water tested so you did not qualify for the CleanStart. One of the referrals did become one of our customers so you did qualify for a $100 referral fee. Please contact **** at our office and she will gladly send you the $100 referral fee. So sorry for any misunderstanding.

      First of all, my name is NOT ****, you are assuming because of my Spanish surname is ******** my name is ****, for your information it is *******************. Secondly, there has been no confusion as I have spoken to **** a couple of times and your ****** office as well. Your form states to give you 4 names and phone numbers and that they are homeowners. All 4 own their own homes! One purchase the system. This is called Deceptive Trade Practice, I will pursue this matter with the *************************

      ******* did a fantastic job, and explained everything with great detail. My favorite part was how soft was my hand after the hand washing. I used a lot of creams for the dryness my horrible water leaves me. With this amazing water hopefully I wont need to used those expensive creams.

      ******************* provided a very useful demonstration on the water system. I was so impressed that I went ahead and purchased the PLATINUM SERIES. I am looking forward to the installation which is within 24 hours from my Platinum purchase. That's pretty amazing!!
