      I have bank payments. I pay the bill then they send it back. I pay it again and it takes them forever to credit our account. Their billing department is a joke. They have no Idea what they are doing.

      The billing is nondescript and suspicous. You have no idea what the fees are. The transfer over to this company to our past ultility company was a complete joke. No one knew who was supposed to handle what and complete lack of communication to the bill payers but then had no problem saying our service would be cut off. This company lacks any common business sense or customer service. Their site to login takes forever to load and then just freezes.

      I do apologize for the confusion of the transition process from the ********************. The Lakeside MUDs, Crossroads, and the ******************** all sent out notices to all the customers as well as  postings on the cities website and ours.  

      Our bills state what the late fees will be if the bill is not paid on the due date. As part of this transition, late fees and shutoffs for past due balances have not been processed. The districts will resume the delinquency process in January. Per the board, this week we sent out reminder emails and calls to customers as part of this transition who had not paid their bill with Crossroads.

      I have not received any other complaints about the payment portal not working.

      I havent had water in over a month!! My current bill is $630.33. They sent the water disconnect letter over 3 months ago. This company keeps charging my ex wife a monthly bill and I live at the residence still. I have no water and they keep raising the bill. They want me to pay this and another $185 to activate the water again. This is against the law.

      My service was cut off without any notice, I am currently dealing with high bill quote due my irrigation system which is odd, I reached several times customer service to report this and they said it shouldnt be off, this company is horrible and not friendly with single mothers, they never sent anyone to check the water meter or to restore the service and I am without service still

      Absolutely garbage company. I pay my bills on-time and always on auto-pay, because Im a responsible adult in *******. I recently looked at my bank account and noticed a bunch of extra fees coming out along with my auto-payment. Their explanation: we charge you 3% of the bill and then give that money to your district. BUT, if you send a check then we dont charge this. What? Lmao Wowif this doesnt smell like a bad fish market idk what does. Theyll be dealing with checks from now on.

      I received a $540 bill for November - a month in which I was only home 8 days due to my Mothers illness! I called numerous times to refute the bill as I am a military widow who lives alone in a garden home! Never got past the receptionists whose only help was to suggest a payment plan.I finally hired a licensed plumber to check out my new home - moved in July 2019. After a very comprehensive testing of the systems, he did not find any leaks in the water or irrigation system! Everything was working fine. He stated there is no possible way to have used ****** gallons of water even if I watered the grass every day as it is a garden home!This company simply cares nothing about its customers & stands behind their computer readout - something that was installed the last month. They are not even willing to entertain the idea of faulty equipment. Their top executives are unreachable - even when told he will call right back!

      My card had become compromised, and I did not receive a new one until several weeks later. They sent me an email the afternoon before they disconnected my device, stating I had until 5 pm to make the payment. I work and do not check my personal email until well after 5 pm.

      Billing is suspicious and the company does not seem trustworthy. I have no faith that my bill is accurately reflecting my usage.
