I purchased a water filtration system with Alamo Clear and are very pleased we did. We had the big name companies come out and their prices were almost double. We got a great interest rate as well! This Company is very different from that of other similar companies. They were referred to me by a home builder. There business phones are peoples cell phones. They only have a few people working for them. One manager, one sales person and a few workers. When you call, they answer "hello" instead of their business name and you assume you have the wrong number, and hang up. There is no information about the business on maps and no website for information, pricing, etc. When purchasing they also hard pull your credit when they say they wont. They also send it to some third party company in ********* (Way out of the area of business) so you assume that the phone calls are scams. They also use a second credit union that you are required to make an account with and am still unsure the point of this. These guys also caused a giant leak in my front yard and would not accept responsibility they pushed the blame on to others. These guys left water lines open and caused a leak for weeks while I was not home, and I was stuck with a giant water ****. Paying this off and never dealing with them again.
