I purchased a diamond wedding set on January 29,2000 for ******** from salesperson Rubina at **** Robinsons at *********************************************************************. The business commited to provide me a ring with a **** carat center ring diamond surronded by 1 carat of diamonds which was presented by Rubina. Rubina stated that they were SI1 and the ring weighed a total of **** which I ask multiple times and Rubina confirmed. The ring was going to get resized when I went to pickup the ring no longer weighed **** carats now the weight was **** carats, with the center diamond now being **** ct and the rest of the diamonds being .75 ct. Rubina kept on stating that they were going to weigh the center stone again and to not worried about weight, the ring they resize was the not the same weight that I was shown and purchased. The dispute is that I was not given the ring that Rubina presented to me and was given a completely different ring, I have already paid the balance on the ring. The business stated they could not give me the ring that was shown to me after multiple times going in to the store, at this point in time I just want a refund for the product that was not provided to me
