We bought a house in 2019 through Lennar and this vendor did the install! They have replaced my floor twice since we moved in and the first time was within the first year! Within 6 months of replacing our floors we noticed the floors were buckling in the same area! We contacted our builder ****** and the sent the flooring manager out again which at the time was ****! They had a specialist come out to inspect for moisture and to see if there was enough space from the wall! Keep in mine we have rolling chairs in the kitchen and we were told by both ****** and the Flooring company that it was not the chairs and it seemed to be a mystery because the floors started buckling In the same area!The flooring company and Lennar coordinated to have our furniture moved out and plumbers come remove toilets so floors could be replaced in the whole house again! Oh, I forgot to add in the beginning we were told that our floors were installed without the plastic underneath so that was probably the issue. Fast forward floors were replaced for the second time!Within 6-8 months from the second time having floors replaced we noticed the floors buckling in the same area! We contacted our builder ****** and they told me I needed to contact the flooring company which I did! At the time **** was the flooring area manager I believe and after reaching out to him several times with no response I contacted the flooring company and it took them a while to call me back! Long story short, out the blue they sent their installers out for the 3rd time and the came in removed the trim from the walls and began to lift the tile. I contacted the flooring company to let the know that the installers was here to replace the tile but no one had reached out to coordinate removing the furniture! After several calls and getting the runaround for several months I get an email from ******** with ****** saying there were not going to cover replacing the floor because of my rolling chairs! It's disgusting they rob workers with repairs that don't exist a lot of worker didn't want to work no more they still a lot of money and a low pay to workers they need to be investedReview from Sonja C

I purchased my home from ************in *******, **. I am complaining because I am dissatisfied with my floor getting fixedand leveled correctlysince 03/2020 purchaseddate, with hearing airpockets, unleveled floor and repair was still not completed tosatisfy.Several Services finally came to the home to conduct an assessment and take pictures of the multiple issues. He promised to have a team return to fix the issues.When I first learned of this problem, I contacted builder September 1, 2020 and they made a call at your company. They had several workers come out but no one fixed theproblem. I continue to request by the builderto fix the problem. Since the request came I had over 30 or ********** come to theexam floor but no resolution. They were rude, disrespectful, uncooperative, angry, confused why they are coming, aggressive, insulting towards my family and inpatient. Today is Dec 10th and Flooring services returned to the home attempted resolving the list of issues identified, yet still remain unresolved dating all the way back to March 2020. ***********, ** location: Flooring services is the vendor utilized by our builder, *********************************************. We moved into our home on Sep 14, 2022, which was 29 months after contract. During this move-in process, our builder populated a mutual post-punch list which included several fix actions required by Flooring Services. We initially identified issues in March ************************************************************** April 2022 a series or formal documents, including change orders were published to resolve incorrect tile install. Upon moving into the home in Sep 2022, not only were the errors identified months ago not corrected, but we also identified several broken/cracked pieces of tile, messy grout in several areas of the home, and raised tile in multiple shower floors. In early Nov 2022, after almost 2 months of trying to get a representative here, a gentleman from Flooring Services finally came to the home to conduct an assessment and take pictures of the multiple issues. He promised to have a team return to fix the issues. Today is Dec 4th and Flooring services has not returned to the home to resolve the list of issues identified, dating all the way back to April 2022. We continue to engage the builder and vendor regarding these issues. We are also looking at warranty options in an effort to finally get these issues resolved. We put our trust in this company and they continue to lack professionalism and integrity meeting their obligations. The absolute worst work and customer service I have ever experienced. My home builder (***********************) has this company contracted out to do their flooring work for their homes. I had horrible experiences with Flooring Services both during the building process and even worse experience during warranty repair. 1. Building Process - Terrible work. They did a wall tile for my fireplace and the grout was crazy inconsistent. Some grout lines were very thin (like 1/8 of an inch) and others were a full inch thick. On top of that there were lots or raised tiles on one end. Very sloppy work. Owner ******************* exact words when he saw the tile were "this looks like shit". Over half of my flooring upstairs in my house had a steady slope to it, in certain areas it was sloping to almost an inch in less than a 3 foot area.Flooring services was also contracted out to do the warranty repair on both my fireplace and the flooring upstairs. The communication was the worst. Was quoted 2 days to demolish my tile on the fire place place the new tile. Day one, no call no show from anyone until about an hour before I requested that they had to leave y (which was 4pm). At 3pm a worker shows up with floor tile that is not even the tile that goes on the fireplace. Upstair flooring repair - The job was quoted 7 to 10 days total, job ended up taking a whole month. they even took flooring out of infants room which was never supposed to happen. The tilers never showed up on some days and most days they were hours late. They also were never even briefed on the job at all before they even showed up. Several days the tiles would show up with no knowledge of the job. They were also so bad that a full weeks of work had to be re-demolished. Worst part was that **** and all of his employees that were assigned for the job never apologized or acknowledged their mistakes. Never have I been so disappointed with the quality and service of a business and its owner. Shame on you ****!
