Horrible company to buy from. I bought an expedition from them December 2020. Immediately had several issues with it and took to them to be fixed the issues never got *********** and now the car sits dead in my driveway for almost a year. Company locks you out of payment system to make a payment if your late so you have to call them if and they b**** at you about your payment! Once you hit day late they harass you daily call, email and text then they call everyone you put as references! Most miserable place to ever buy from!

Bad Dealership to buy from!... My husband and I bought a vehicle from Byrider on April 22nd 2021 and not two weeks later I had to bring my vehicle in for an ac issue and bad battery got my car back and another week or so had to bring my vehicle back again for transmission and tire rod in total I have brought my vehicle back four times. Now once again my ac is messed up this time tubing fell out from underneath my vehicle as I was driving and everything leaked out which is definitely a safety hazard called to leave a message because their service department is only open Monday through Friday and it was a Saturday and the people who work the dealership side acted as if it was no big deal not to mention I was supposed to get a call back Monday it's now Friday and still nothing .Byrider has a limited warranty which is a joke and their service department is even worse they tell you they've fixed the issue when they haven't fixed a **** thing or they rig it so it works for a short time then you continue to have to bring it back in and waste all your hard earned money...They tell you on their website and in person that Byrider dose an extensive maintenance check on all their vehicles before they place them out to sale so that when you buy one you know you'll have a safe drive on the road , which as I've learned is a huge lie because if they actually took the time to check and do maintenance on all the vehicles I wouldn't have to bring my car in basically Right after getting it...Do not trust their fake friendly smiles don't buy from Byrider!Review from BillReshiea W

Horrible place to get vehicle from my mom had her vehicle for one day and it needed to go back to the shop the very next day for work and every other week it’s back at there shop! They refuse to totally accommodate her with another vehicle knowing that vehicle is bad business
