Buyers Remorse. To begin, I was going through some depression when I saw this offer on ********* l listened and watched it and thought this would make me feel better about my depression. I went through a bout of depression as few years ago, and did not want to go through that again. I watched the presentation, I asked questions, some were answered and some were not. I explained to them what I was looking for and they said this is what they did; but at as cheaper cost. It was two people telling me different things. I asked them to show me a couple of packages that included a total vacation package, they said they would not be able to do that until I sign. I became somewhat suspicious, ******* and ***** said if I did not like it, I would be able to cancel. ***** sent me a link after I signed, I pulled the link and did not like what I saw, called ***** the same day, he said he would contact the owner and cancel the contract. I did not hear back from ***** nor ******* for a week, I also did not receive a a contract for a couple weeks, did not know I had 3 days to cancel and was never told that at the beginning. ******* who applied for the credit card committed a false income and a I did not see it until I filed a grievance with the credit card company. I spoke to the owner several times and she refused to cancel the card. I am now sometimes feeling depressed, financial hardship. They also said the monthly fee would have been $59.00, if is more than that. I am a single black women living on a fixed income. I retired at 50 for medical reasons, Cancer survivor, 2 open heart surgeries with one being a Heart Transplant. Yes this is also affecting my health. This company preys on older consumers. I am 71 years old and also I am paying mortgage on my home. Please help me. The credit card company ruled in their favor, even though I submitted proof to them.
