I took my wife vehicle in on 4-14-22 to get transmission repaired cause having issues with it.got quote for $1400 plus extra $400 to have transmission reprogram after it was finished. He promised vehicle ready in 4 days . It was now 6-24-22 when he called me telling me to go pick up car that he did not know what the problem was with the transmission. It was 2 1/2 months that want by an problem with vehicle was not solved. So I want to go pick vehicle up that day he called me an he said Im giving you back $500 . I said no that nothing was done an I wanted all my money back he said no that he was not going to charge me for the parts but he had to charge me the labor. But between the 2 1/2 months that car was their I would call him most of the time he would answer the phone. Am so I had to go over an he would constantly new lies every time I want. I do leave about 25 miles fn between my place an his , and so I had to rent a vehicle from my wifes boss in order for her to go to work . So my complaint n claim against thie owner is I want all my money back including car rentals of $100 a week for 10 weeks equals $1000 an gas money for paying him a visit every time he would not answer his phone. That was about 3 times a week $40 a week for 10 weeks which equals to around $400. So Im asking . $1800 total. This person needs to be thought a ******* And at times when I drop him a visit there was other people getting the same lies but I did get info on another person having issues with the owner
