These tow truck drivers act like they own the road, they will run you over if you're not paying attention. I have no respect for them and I never will again. I was driving home after work today at 2:15 this Saturday, Feb 4th,2023, and was almost ran over by tow king. Not only was he coming around the bend like a mad dog he never looked once to see if anyone was coming ,he expected to be yielded to and didn't seem to care if he had to kill someone.

Sorry you had a bad experience on the road with one of our trucks. Hopeful you can provide me with more information as to the location this happened. We have cameras on our trucks and I would like to find out what driver/truck was in your area on February 4th. I assure you, we appreciate you letting us know so we can address the negative action. I was towed from the University Edge Apartments near *****************. The parking lot was mostly empty, and I parked in a location with approval from the owner of the spot to park there. I was parked there for three hours while I was hanging out with my girlfriend in her apartment. No one called or reported my car to Tow King. My car was towed to their lot on ***** and after explaining the issue to Tow King they brushed it off and said, "You gotta be careful where you park". They charged me 280 dollars to remove my car from the lot. This company is scummy at best. They are immature, rude, and heartless. Please do not hire this company to work for you, they will offend customers and hurt your business.

In response to the complaint made by ****************, the apartment complex that you were visiting has contracted with us to remove vehicles that are not parked according to their reserved parking guidelines. Tow King has signs posted on every entry and exit into the complex to make drivers aware and it residents should also be aware of parking per their rental agreements. If there was an agreement between **************** and the apartment complex, then this issue is between them. This particular apartment complex only tows from the reserved parking spots. There was no visible parking pass placed in the windows, therefore **************** vehicle was not permissible to be parked in reserved spot 192. Our employee showed **************** the photos of where he was parked incorrectly, per his request and asked if he was a resident there. **************** said he was indeed a resident, to which our employee responded to him to park carefully. Residents are aware of the reserved spots and know where to park, which is why he received this response. Clearly **************** now states that he was visiting his girlfriend, and that the parking lot was mostly empty, we cannot help why he chose to park in a reserved resident's spot.
