I trust this towing company with my car, which has just drove from ** to TX and is now having major issues so I've had to call AAA for a tow multiple times and they have sent Ridgeway three times now, and all times the driver has shown up with the tools and the knowhow to get things done and has solved a number of untraditional problems with ease and gotten me to the shop and gotten me back on the road. I want to say thank you to ********, ****, and ******** for amazing customer service and a friendly attitude.

Never, never, never use this towing company. I called through AAA when my battery died. The battery technician arrived and proceeded to install the wrong battery! He continued to try to make a too large battery fit into my car. After 3 hours of watching him continue to struggle to get the wrong battery to fit my car, it finally started sparking and the entire fuse system was shot! I am a senior citizen who had to stand in the heat while this was going on. He finally called another tech to come and help. It was too late. The car had to be towed, and I was without a vehicle for 5 weeks. I spoke to the manager and said, "it was an accident, mam." They did not offer to pay for a rental for me, and I made at least 7 attempts to call the office. No one would take my call, and no one ever called me back! They should not be in business. I don't know why AAA uses them. My next step is to take this to AAA...Please do not use this company. I would give them less than one star if I could. They are AWFUL, dishonest, and unskilled. We towed the vehicle to ******************** preferred dealer after our mistake. The part that we damaged was on back order. I offered the day of to reimburse her for a rental car while the car was in the shop and she declined and I did not hear from her until a week or so after her car was fixed and in her possession. She did not even purchase a rental car and even told me so. Once the dealership repaired her vehicle, the repair bill was paid right away so she would not have to wait and that was the end of it. It was only after her vehicle had been fixed did she bring up a rental car when it wasn't even needed.Review from Tammy T

I am a AAA MEMBER. I called AAA on Saturday April 24, at 4:06 pm. I needed to get my car jumped off because my battery was dead. They dispatched Ridgeway Towing. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD ARRIVE AROUND 5:07. At 5:40 Ridgeway had not shown up so I called AAA back. I was told again they would be here no later than an hour. At 7:30, after waiting another hour and 50 minutes I had to make another call to AAA because I had not heard from Ridgeway. Ridgeway told them they would be there in an hour. At that point I canceled the service and went with another vendor. To clarify my situation further, I live in the ******* Heights area. I say this because it is right in *********** not the middle of no where! This type of service is totally unacceptable and I would NEVER recommend using Ridgeway Towing. They are absolutely terrible. After I got off the phone with AAA I called Ridgeway myself and told the guy who answered how I had been waiting for 3.5 hours and how displeased I was. He hung up on me. Please do not use this towing service unless you have nothing else to do but wait for them for 3 to 6 hours! Awful! Awful!! Awful!!!
