They are targeting certain people, there is a man parked in a black SUV. From the information I gathered, they mainly tow females cars from this location!!! And then charged my credit card extra money! ??THE REALLY MESSED UP PART IS I WAS PARKED AT MY BANK and walked to use the *** and my car was towed as walked back to my car (less than 5-10 minutes)!!!Review from Zechariah C

Misaligned my tires on 5 sperate occasions. Takes legally parked cars. The fact that this company still exists shows that apd isn't doing its job. This place should be completely shutdown. This place should've been shutdown 2 years ago. They also bullied us out of a release fee when then tried to take the car we were standing next to. Completely illegal.Review from Anna G

Absolute scum of the Earth type of business. I was legally parked and they towed me anyway- likely knowing that I had no proof. They charged me for storage at a $21/day rate. They charged me $42 and my car wasnt even there a full day. I checked the time they towed and it was an hour after I parked. There werent even other cars near where I parked. I wish someone could be held accountable for this, but I know nobody will be. The guy I talked to at their business blew a fat cloud of marijuana smoke into my face as soon as I walked up. I couldnt even see his face because he was hiding behind a wall with only a vent between us. Cowards. Theyre 100% crooks. Even the cops look down on these guys- theyre fraudulent, greedy, dangerous, and not at all being held accountable for their crimes.Review from Tom C

They towed my sons car from his ** apartment. He had a parking permit. The customer ********************** people were rude and hung up on me. Horrible company that will soon be getting sued.Review from Cam H

They lurk in low income apartments as if people are not having hard times already. They towed 25 cars from my apartment complex because they know its over crowded and there is no parking which forces people to park in reserved parking so they can make a quick buck. They even towed my car which was legally parked but that didnt matter to these guys. Why are they even still open with all of the bad reviews and proof that they are towing cars illegally?Review from Alex S

THEY DESERVE NEGATIVE STARS. This place is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. If you believe your car to be stolen from the ****** area, this place is the first to look. My car was towed by J&J, and when I went to retrieve it, they told me that it had already been picked up by someone else and that this individual had the correct paperwork. During this time I was distressed, and the man I was speaking to was rude and short, and told me my car was "gone". I assured them this was NOT the case, nor did anyone else have access to the documents for my car to be picked up. I filed a police report for my stolen vehicle and I let J&J know that the police would be over to question them. After informing them of this, they told me that they had made a "mistake" and that the car was magically there again. SURPRISE SURPRISE. This company is run by thieves! There have apparently been NUMEROUS complaints similar to my own and they've been fined multiple times for their unethical and illegal practice. I do not understand why they're still in business. This place should be shut down immediately.
