Horrible, towing service. Towed my spouses truck F150 when it should not have been towed. Had parking permit til 10;20 am the following morning and truck was towed before midnight on 4/13. Called to get truck and showed them parking permit. Still made us pay it and said I would have to email upper management. They take 7-10 days to respond. Its a scam and a racket to get peoples money. When daughter moved into apartment complex her boyfriend was helping her move stuff up there. Within 10 minutes he went back down and his car was towed. Another time he came by and brought groceries to drop off and leave, they towed his car again within 10 minutes. So they have cameras set up to catch vehicles or r watching immediately. Thats a racket. Stay away from them A and A Wrecker and Recovery Services and the ************* Apartment because they obviously have this thing sowed up together. In this Economy that can break a person . I could have rented an Airbnb or stayed in hotel instead of staying with my daughter whom I came to visit. Ridiculous to play on people like that. Especially being out of town. Please Beware !!!!!! Something needs done. Police wouldnt come out. Contacted News they r going to look into it and investigate it. Hopefully shut them down. Please do the same. Contact ur local congress people as well. Report it to everyone. This was an illegal tow but still was charged $234.53 to get truck. Plus towed our 4x4 PU from the back. Holding them liable for damages to 4WD and transfer case. Bad Company crooks!

Over priced. Dumb policies. They will tell your car even if you have a guest pass thats valid. Would not use. Find a friend they just want your money.

Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely awful the way we were treated. We were yelled at by the worker for having my boyfriends mom on the phone to try and help us with the towing situation. She told us we were being rude and how dare we not tell her his mom was on the phone. When we asked why she was being so aggressive towards us for just having a family member on the phone, she threatened to not let us get our vehicle. She then slammed the window on us multiple times and was just quite possibly the rudest person I have ever interacted with at a business. Shameful.

Have been towed 3 times while parking inside of my apartment complex parking lot. Consulted their customer service email looking for an explanation all 3 times and was never responded too. Unprofessional woman working at the window who treated me with scorn after inquiring why I was towed. This company is completely unethical, solely profit focused, and is an overall net loss on the community in general.

My name is *************************** and around 9 AM on 6/6/22 my vehicle was illegally towed from ************************************************************* 78759.My condominium, ****************, is having construction being done on the property and my car was towed due to being in the construction zone.However, before being towed a neighbor knocked on my door to let me know I needed to move the vehicle.Upon going out to move the car, one of your tow trucks was preparing to tow the vehicle. I tried to get the Dispatcher's attention that I was prepared to move it by banging on their window, however they continued to ignore me and proceeded with hitching the car and leaving with it. They then proceeded to come back to tow another neighbor's car, and when trying to get their attention they continued to drive past me until he basically almost hit me with the truck. The driver finally rolled down his window, yelled, "call the number," and proceeded to continue to drive toward me and got close enough that I was afraid of being struck by the truck.This behavior was completely unacceptable, the driver almost physically assaulted me with the tow truck and had zero respect for me by blatantly ignoring me. Had this interaction not occured things may have been different. This interaction has made a severe impact on my emotional well being and my anxiety as someone who has a diagnosed anxiety disorder.Under the ***** ********** of ********* and Registration this was an illegal towing and directly violated my rights.Their website states, "WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?If you return to your car and it is being hooked-up to a tow truck but IT IS NOT FULLY hooked up and ready for towing, you can keep your car WITHOUT paying a CHARGE. You do not need to prove ownership of the car in this instance."TO BE VERY CLEAR, MY CAR WAS NOT HITCHED WHEN I APPROACHED THE *** TRUCK DRIVER.I have multiple witnesses of the events that occurred. I expect immediate action to take place. This is a highly unethical business.

Towed my vehicle illegally, billed me for things I didn't receive, added on fees at time of payment and billed me fraudulently

My car was towed because my apartment parking pass had expired.As a resident we were notified that it would not be an issue and our cars will not be towed. Obviously my car was towed and released to me without pay. But let me just say when I handed back the clipboard to the receptionist, but it fell to the floor.. she called me a stupid b****. This woman needs to take anger management class because I literally did nothing but hand the clipboard back and it fell to the ground. I didn't respond polite either but I'm not in customer service at the moment.
