Took my truck in to get new tires and they scratched all 4 wheels. When I called them they stated thats the chance you take when getting new tires. Would not tell you to not buy tires from them because every other dealing iv had them was great. Just make sure you take clear pics of wheels before they start.Review from Glenn A.

Went to **** Williams tire in ******* , ** on Wednesday 12-15-21 to the commercial side for large truck tires . The worker at the main desk refused to sell a new tire because he wanted me to call *** for them !! **** Williams is a vendor of *** and *** pays invoices which **** Williams tire is to call and send invoice . This worker at the main desk did not care , and is lazy and I will never go there ever again . I told him Im going speak with his boss . Instead Of replacing tire which is his job , I decided to make a complaint here and I told *** and fleet manager of the incident of which they may drop **** Williams tire as a vendor . Probably $100, 000 in tires a year we buy from them . But no more , we will go somewhere else where they have good service. I dont know why **** Williams has this person as point of customer contact . To be clear this is the commercial building , they have a 2nd building next door for regular cars and those workers are great and friendly .
