I was screwed over by Front Gate. I cancelled my tickets for Inkcarceration 5 days after because I couldnt afford it and was acting on impulse. Yesterday. I get paid and all of the sudden my bank account empties. From ********************** Gate, takes my last 600 dollars. I called and asked why they took it and they said the cancellation didnt work and I asked if I could get my money back, and they said that they couldnt do it. Maybe if your website would work you would have a better review but this has seriously screwed me. Im getting evicted because of these people and starving for two weeks. Thanks Front Gate! Real good business you run here. If I could give -10 stars I would!Review from Larry L

Terrible customer service. Tried repeatedly to resolve an incorrect purchase and they will not give you any way to follow up or track an escalation. They train the customer service team to avoid any way to be accountable even when you can show there are multiple duplicate charges. This is theft. If your bank accidently deposits money and you keep it, its considered stealing and a crime. This companies website charged me three times for the same tickets and refuses to correct the charges. I have been forced to use my bank to fight this and its on going. Keep in mind the concert is in the future.Review from Kali D

I was in a total panic when my wristbands for an out-of-state event got stolen. It seemed like I might miss out on the entire experience, until I reached out to Front Gate Tickets and got in touch with the amazing *******. I can't express how thrilled I am with this company!Front Gate Tickets immediately understood my situation and assured me they would do whatever it takes to help. *******, in particular, was an absolute superstar. He was friendly, understanding, and offered multiple solutions to make sure I could still attend the event.What blew me away was when Front Gate Tickets decided to send me replacement wristbands by mail. It was an unexpected and incredibly generous gesture. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond to make sure I don't miss out on the event.Dealing with Front Gate Tickets and ******* has been a breeze. Their professionalism and efficiency are top-notch. They took a stressful situation and turned it into a worry-free experience. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Dont ever buy from them unless you are 100% carved in stone without a doubt going to be able to make it to the event. God forbid anything comes up like medical issues making you unable to attend, they will refuse a refund. I cancelled my ticket to Bonaroo with ********** and received a full refund - unfortunately the parking was through Front Gate who refuse refund even though Im no longer attending. Makes total sense that theyd still charge you for parking at an event you can no longer make it to when the event itself refunded you no problem! Horrible.Review from Zach C

I had an absolutely awful experience attempting to purchase tickets through Front Gate and the Farewell Festival websites. I took the time going through the necessary steps to gain access to presale tickets as well as prioritizing and blocking out time from my work day to be able to purchase these tickets at the time and date that was posted on their website. In less than 30 minutes my card had been charged 3 separate times, totalling $2,505, with each charge being significantly higher than the one prior. After speaking with a representative, who was unable to resolve any of these issues, I found out that I was unable to log back into the account that I had made these purchases on. I attemped changing my password along with other measures to recover my account which ended up being futile and forced me to recreate another account under a different email all while the ticket prices and fees were continuing to increase. Listed under the website's contact tab was an email address that I sent a message to only to receive an automated response that conveniently stated that the inbox was "no longer being monitored" along with a link to submit a request for support. All of my useless efforts paired with the amount of time that I had already wasted had me feeling very frustrated. On top of it all, I knew that I was going to have to spend even more time filling out another ticket/form for support and dispute these unnecessary charges with my bank. Both, the website and payment processing interface were very poorly designed and their severely lacking support team that I experienced made me never want to do business with Front Gate Tickets again.Review from Frank K

Worst place to buy tickets!!! The last payment got delayed by a day and now two tickets got cancelled!!! And I called to tell them and they just say oh theres nothing we can do the tickets already got cancelled youll have to buy the tickets again. I already paid $800 for both of the tickets and that was the final payment and now the tickets are $800 each!! Dont trust this place!! They deserve to get shut down.Review from Kelly

These people are professional con artists. I never received my full refund. But believe me, I will not stop until justice is served. You really believe you can take money from people like that? It's only $278.22 you're attempting to take from me, but what if you're doing this to 20 people per day? I'll file a complaint even if it costs $250. Please refund my money as soon as possible, as I have been requesting it since January 13th. Every time I spoke with your customer service department, they made excuses. ?I am giving you the chance to do the right thing. Just reading the reviews I can see a lot of people have the same issue. I will gather every single person here and open a mass lawsuit because you guys are in a violation of the contract. Purchased tickets for the LA3C concert specifically to see the headliner. They announced the artist dropped out about 10 days before the concert. I contacted them for a refund as the tickets arent for what was advertised and they flat out refused. Please dont buy tickets from them or attend events they(falsely) advertise.Review from Taha T.

HORRIBLE, STRESSFUL, ABSURD. This has been the most stressful 4 months dealing with this company. I purchased rolling loud Miami tickets during march with the purchase protection (IT IS A SCAM), the festival was July. I am from ********** and was flying out to ***** for this event. During the week of the concert I got Covid-19 which was the worst week of my life. I was so sick i could barely leave my bed. Thankfully I was able to take a in-person covid test for proof. I contact Frontgate for a refund since I have the protection plan and Covid-19 is protected. They say it will take up to 14 days for a response. 2 weeks later no response so I email them asking for an update. They then respond OVER A MONTH later saying "Please provide the following: Completed claim form Completed Physician Statement or lab results for positive COVID test ( home tests will not be accepted) Copy of Ticket Order Confirmation showing amount paid for event ticketsWhen i received this email, I was so happy I took a in-person covid test and not just the 3 at home test i took. The covid test i took was with a local covid 19 testing shed that gives you your results through SMS test and the link expires after a couple weeks so thankfully I took a screenshot of the positive test and the date. This should not be a rule where they dont accept in-home test. I was so sick I could barely leave my house. At this point I think I am good, all I have to do is give the information they ask for and I will get a refund, right, WRONG. I give all the information and they respond another 3 weeks later. The response is a 5 page PDF to fill out that i have to mail that is asking for a doctors note and more? There is no way i can get a doctors note because of how sick I was, also who gets doctor notes for covid? (THERE IS MUCH MORE I CAN ADD BUT IM RUNNING OUT OF WORDS). I see Front-gate responding/helping people out which gives me hope of it not being a scam, please help me out.
