Don't order anything from this company, they lie about the time it's supposed to be delivered & every time I called, claimed wrong phone *************** but they definitely took my money !!!!Review from mi a

Ordered "Purple" pillow Ordered "Purple" pillow, after waiting over a month with no shipping information given and my credit card charged,I called customer service. I was assured that I would hear back withing 48 hours, a week later no response. Called yet again, was told that the warehouse could not fill the order. Absolutely horrible! My last order was in September 2023, the bracelet that came VERY late, finally arrived to have cigarette ash around and mostly inside, along with strands on dark long hair. Sent pictures to customer service seconds after opening. Rep stated to make right I would receive a 20% discount and free shipping on ANY ITEM. I clarified, numerous times, even on TV items on a "snack down" price and he said it applied. Been waiting while to use discount, so today (6/11/24) something very appealing came across the *** I attempted to utilize my discount and was told, not on TV items What a joke. Why bother to record conversation, when it NEVER BENEFITS CUSTOMER. Best of all, the broad did her scripture and stated in the lines of glad she brought "joy". What joy ...I was lied to and sent a nasty/unhygienic package! Now have difficulty closing accountShop LC Response

I was a customer for at least two years. Only got one ring that tarnished. Then in March there were at least 42 charges from shoplc that I didn't make. Called the company and received no support. Chase bank doesn't care that I didn't make the charges. They just want their money. So it looks like I'm on the hook for nearly ****** dollars of merchandise that I did not order.Shop LC Response

Hello, I would like to report overflowing advertisements on my text messages and emails regardless of calling and asking to take me off their email and phone messages.Spoke to **************** representatives several times, each time they assure me they do it as we speak but nothing ever changed.So, I kept calling and requesting the same thing , at that point they assured me they are now escalating the issue to a higher in charge person. Guess what? nothing happened.Yesterday they let me leave a message to "some" customer service Manager and nothing happened as expected. Chatted on the Chat line and they again promised me "someone" will call in an hour? .....Nothing.Want to make sure their customer are warned , regardless of their satisfaction on purchased item they may be annoyed to tears by texts and emails of desperation to sale a product with no consideration how customer feels about it . Been purchasing other retailers on line and never , ever had such a problem. Are you that desperate? don't push it on me that is rude and inconsiderate especially if someone asks you to stop : If , I want to check your site I will ,but do not force **** am satisfied with the purchase, but that is not the point. I think you catch my point. I hope , I can reinstate my text messages app on my phone.Best, *******************Shop LC Response

Ordered a watch for a Mother's Day gift, I ordered it plenty enough time for it to be here Mother's Day. Called customer service and was told they would "expedite" the shipping process. That doesn't help considering tomorrow is mothers day and I'm without a gift when it was guaranteed it would be here tomorrow.Shop LC Response

I ordered a pair of earrings that was marked down from $29.99 to $19.99. They were very pretty but were too heavy and hurt my ears to even have them on for a few seconds. I returned them at my own shipping expense as I saw their return policy claimed if you used their label they would deduct a certain amount and I had them shipped back at a lower rate. I was still only given $14.99 back on my credit card. After inquiring multiple times and over 2 weeks later they finally responded and told me they deduct 25% from a clearance purchase. The item I ordered was not listed as clearance. They have many items on their clearance site and they are clearly marked as clearance; this item was not. I wish I had read all these other complaints and then would have never ordered from them. I realize this is only $5 but it is the principle of the matter and I should clearly have received a full refund.Shop LC Response

Ordered earrings on April 10th. Given notification that order shipped with tracking number but for almost 10 days the **** tracking number given only states that label created but waiting on package to be delivered to carrier. I have contacted them numerous times and they keep putting me off and not giving any info. I have told them to cancel my order but I suspect I have been very negligent in not checking them out before I ordered through ******** ad.Shop LC Response

I have been buying from Shop LC for about 10 years. Most items I have been very happy with. I just started bidding on their auctions. There is something very fishy about their high end jewelry auctions. The same people bid outrages amounts and no one else can win unless you want to pay 5 times more than the item normally sells for. I found this issue on Shop LC's forum from 4 years ago and nothing has been done to resolve the problem.I don't know if there are evil people (***** and ******* to name a few) who are trying to spoil other people winning, or Shop LC is doing something behind the scenes. I did win a few auctions on lower priced items, but there is no sense wasting my time on higher end items.Shop LC Response
